The far more important thing is the info leaked which is that Biden has put US boots on the ground in Ukraine without Congressional authorization.
We should be watching Joe Biden being handcuffed and arrested instead.

^^ The concept of some young low level guy not being able to access top secret information is totally wrong. I personally know a young man that had a top secret security clearance while he was still at West Point and did summer internships at Los Alamos Labs and Nasa while there.
I think the story about leaked classified information is ultimately going to end up like this: He had a low level job that allowed him access to low level intelligence. But like any shop, he "hears things." He gets in a gaming forum and then brags about the information he "knows." That seems like the most plausible explanation.
As far as "boots on the ground": We have military members, mostly marines, guarding every embassy we have in the world. That is not uncommon and does not meet the definition of "boots on the ground." However, if they are found to be special forces types then that is an entirely different story. SF guys are always the first "boots on the ground."

And even then, if you want to put Biden in handcuffs for putting "boots on the ground" without congressional approval then you should do the same with George W. Bush for invading Iraq in 2003 and President Bill Clinton for the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia in 1999.
So now you can see how silly it is to try to defend one person's actions (like Trump's) with the "What's good for the goose is good for the gander" argument by deflecting and saying that someone else got away with it (Hillary or Obama) so it he shouldn't be charged with it either. That door swings both ways.

Every year at work I have to do cybersecurity threat training. To get a top security clearance, this young guy had to know better.
