Everyone is wired a bit differently in the morning arena and what their target zone arena is
Mornings for me, not really interested... Maybe 1030 am or 11 am at the earliest , and not very often do I partake in this arena...
Now come around the clock at 2 pm - 4 pm = My target zone  
And then on the opposite end of the spectrum you have the guys that like 9 pm , 10 pm, 11 pm start times and that's their target zone ...
My business schedule makes me get up early in the morning, but I'm just not ready for play time until a little later in the day

My target zone these days: 10am - 1 pm on weekdays. It's a small window but makes for a nice diversion in the middle of the workday.

It used to be a great alibi for me. Leave at 5AM to go to the “gym” before work. But I do a different kind of cardio work out lol
