Is your car standard shift or automatic?

Shifter cable needs replaced i have part justneed someone to instal it

Interesting, the only Cadillac in 2014 that came with an manual transmission was the CTS V series with the 6.2L V8 and a TREMEC T600 Manual Transmission. The clutch is hydraulically activated and the transmission doesn't have cables per say but has shift rails and forks which can go out and limit side to side movement and forward movement. Might need a mechanic that has transmission knowledge.

Shifter cables are for Automatics.
Clutch cables are for Manuals.
Swapping out a Caddy [Auto] cable is challenging; tight under the front, and a pain under the center console.
I'd guess flat-rate would be 1.5 to 2 hours... if OP has the correct part.
