It just means one didn't rate well enough for them to care.

We do get very busy sometimes and things can slip through the cracks (no pun intended - well, OK, maybe a little). I quick message reminding to issue a rating is usually all it takes to get it done.
Also, I don't just assume that someone wants me to rate them after a good session, they may have their own reasons for not doing so. After a session they will usually send me a follow up message indicating that they had a good time and will rate me. I take that as a request to do the same to them, unless they tell me otherwise.

I had a regular on here and it was awkward getting other ratings. Now, this is not the case.
So, my ratings and ranking reflects that I am a loyal customer to a few providers. I had actively asked not to be rated in the past.
In the end, I stick to my ATF.
