That must have just happened. Pretty sure I used gift card about a month and half ago.

Crypto never did work for me. I used to go to CVS and buy gift cards. Now I just buy a virtual Home Depot gift card online then immediately upload it to my account. Takes less than 5 minutes, start to finish, and I never have to get up from the desk chair. Really don't understand why the site doesn't educate users that this should be their first (and easiest) choice. When it comes to retails sales, you have to make it easy to separate people from their money!
But on the other hand, I have never tried to redeem the gift cards like they have to so I'm not sure how big of a hassle that is. The site probably doesn't have a need for 10K worth of product from Home Depot every month! Not really sure how they do that.

Marissa....tried the Home Depot route yesterday...HX no longer has a Gift Card option...look it up. Just try to buy points.

Nevermind.... apparently there are two different locations to buy FX points...one of them,...the one I found while trying to send a PM lead me to a location that said Crypto was temporary down and only offered Snail Mail.
I just found the other location that allows gift cards... problem solved.
