Yo Pauly.
Welcome to the world of the left in this country.
They don't like guns, so ban them.
They don't like police, so defund them.
They don't like rich people, so take all their money away.
They don't like a conservative opinion at a college, so do not allow a conservative to speak.
They don't like your comments on Social Media, so they get you banned from the platform.
They don't like capitalism, so they want to tear it down.

Nothing about the repubes "don't say gay" law, banning books, firing teachers and professors for their point of view, penalizing corporations for having a different opinion, etc..etc...etc...
|
|
Do some research.
The Florida law does not say, Don't Say Gay. That is one more lie coming from the mouths of people on the left. Show me where in that law it actually says Don't Say Gay. The word gay isn't even in the bill....but hey, don't let facts screw up your narrative.
The new rule adds to the existing Parental Rights in Education law, enacted in March 2022, that bans public schools from teaching about gender or sexual orientation from (first years of school - trying to avoid TOS). The law bars discussing these topics in a way that is not "age" or "developmentally" appropriate. The new rule extends the provision of the law for students through (higher grade).
The law actually puts control in the hands of the parents...NOT educators. But why state the facts...better to rile people up with lies.
And besides, our school's performance in most areas of the country is so poor, they need to spend far more time on math, science, history, etc. and not gender studies and sexual orientation.
" banning books" - most of the school districts are banning pornography from (early years of schools - avoiding TOS) libraries.
"firing teachers and professors for their point of view" - Quite honestly, more of teacher 'banning' for point of view is coming from the left. How many schools won't even allow a conservative from speaking on campus.....LOT's.

https://www.thecollegefix.com/gay-conservative-professor-suspended-after-handing-out-jeremys-chocolate-during-event/
"penalizing corporations for having a different opinion" - the right is now only doing that which the left has done for a decade. Left Boycotting of Goya, Forbes, Whole Foods, Chick-Fil-A, Hobby Lobby, My Pillow, and the list goes on and on. Guess the left doesn't like getting a little of its own medicine.....
But, hey, just keep tossing out the left 'talking points' with no support or back up. Go to

Lol at the leftist clowns being upset about Florida’s “don’t say gay law”…
Wokeness will be the end of this great country smh.

“Nothing about the repubes "don't say gay" law, banning books, firing teachers and professors for their point of view, penalizing corporations for having a different opinion, etc..etc...etc...”
My company’s top management is a combination of east Asian (China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesian, Singapore) and west Asian (Pakistani, Indian). My workforce in California, Houston and Florida are Hispanic, Dominican, Haitian, Cuban and Venezuelan. All of them are immigrants to this country.
And before you say I excluded African Americans, well that would be my president of global operations from Kenya, who I think is earning more money than me based on the revenue he is able to bring to keep my company successful and profitable.
What the left fails to understand is that most people in this country do not buy into playing the race card and emphasizing the acceptance of alternative sexual life styles. It often leads to victimizing minorities in this country. That might work on activists whose job it is to divide, exclude and indoctrinate people into believing that America is a systemically racist homophobic country that needs to be remade into a diverse, equitable and inclusive society.
I think everyone on the left and right need to back off and think about this before shoving their ideologies down our throats.
Just some context, I am an accidental immigrant. I belong to possibly the smallest ethnic group in the northern hemisphere. When I was born, my life expectancy was 52 years old, based on the fact that most of the people in my small community were systemically impoverished. Our water was diverted from our lands. Our schools were turned over to secular indoctrinators. We were forbidden from speaking our language in public. Our schools were so focused on indoctrinating us to the values of western culture that math and science were excluded from the curriculum until we were trusted to understand our place in the world. Only then, we were allowed to understand the universe on their terms.
I survived that. So, when I see minority communities crying that they are victims of whatever the cry of the day is, well, get over it. Persevere. Endeavor. Overcome.

I like what DeShithead is doing in Florida. Hopefully I get 12 new employees.

Boycotts are part of capitalism, just like the Bud Light boycott. Companies that endorse stances take that risk. The moral majority pretty much invented corporate boycotts.
When petty governors like Rhonda Santis get involved (Newson as well) it is anti-democratic and anti-capitalist.

Florida education outperforms Commiefornia steaming pile of woke dog shit education.
I don’t understand why these leftist lunatics are so bothered by Florida focusing about things that matter inside the classroom.
How is focusing on math, English, real science, financial literacy (implemented as a mandatory course) and history controversial? It’s just mind boggling how the party of deadbeats (democrats) want to push garbage inside the classroom. Keep education lean, not full on non-value added bullshit.
The democrats are on the far end of insanity. They want to indoctrinate people into their bs beliefs it’s sickening.

Um, OK.

I know very little about tattoos, but with that said, and I am sure most will disagree with me, but if I see a tramp stamp - that automatically dates the wearer to being, well for here, past their peak earning time.
Trends come and go, and tramp stamps puts that person in my mind somewhere in their 40's, possibly into even into their 50's as it was popular late 90's to early '00. Assume an age of about 20 in 1995, add 28 years, and there you go.
But, others will look at it differently, I'm sure

You might want to look at overall education, not just high school.
Florida #1
California #20
But then, you also need to look at how much each state SPENDS on education to see how much bang they get for their bucks.
Florida spends $9997 K
California spends $13.64 K, 37% more but with far worse results.

Jazz don’t bother, leftists orgasm at the thought of pushing leftist insanity in the classrooms.
They fantasize about transgenderism, made up gender ideologies, pronouns, alphabet people it’s sickening. It’s mind boggling, it’s not phobic to have these views it’s common sense.
Just because you don’t want this garbage pushed inside a classroom doesn’t mean you don’t respect such views. A classroom isn’t the place to push this crap inside classrooms

Ego...you are totally correct.
I just hope the sane states can generate enough educated people to run government, businesses, etc. to make up for the stupidity of the woke states.
Otherwise, we are all fucked.....
