That's funny. I deal in only reality and being logical is what I'm known for, but whatever.
Here's my critic of you: Reading what you write is almost always frustrating because you often make no sense and use no logic. You are living in a conservative echo chamber. You simply regurgitate what you are told without almost any thought. Given all that, you also seem to be a nice guy who doesn't express your opinion maliciously, even though your positions are almost always wrong. But you're much better than you used to be.
Here's my self-criticism:
I admit that my sources of information may not always be strong, as GBD indicated. I make an argument and then search for supportive data points online. I pick a source that I think may be strong from multiple options. But I'm not going waste my time and dig deeply into that source of information, when multiple sources are saying exactly the same thing, simply because most of you ignore anything that you read that goes counter to your beliefs.
I will add that most of the conservatives point to sources that are laughable. You can argue that the sources I sometimes quote are somewhat biased (although that is often questionable), but many of you would be better off quoting your grandmother than Alex Jones/Infowars, random YouTubers who clearly don't know shit, or clear propaganda that not a single person in their right mind would believe is legitimate.
And Fox News has admitted that they purposefully disseminated false information to its viewers. Why aren't their viewers outraged?
Regarding crime:
I agree with @ISOS. We must be tough on crime (especially when violent), but we must also address the root causes of crime rather than simply incarcerate people who are often desperate.
Regarding Biden, Trump, and Conservatism:
Biden is clearly too old to run for President again, but unlike Trump, he is respected by world leaders, he is mentally stable, ethical, does not act maliciously, and has the best interest of this country at heart. He's also adept at maneuvering the political landscape that he's been a part of for the past 50 years.
Feel free to criticize his stuttering and his word searching. That doesn't change his character.
Trump is literally an enemy of the state. He is a moron. He is completely self-serving. He is a fucking disaster. And 1/3 of this country is dumb enough to support such a clown. DeSantis is a smarter version of Trump, but just as bad for Democracy. So Republicans are fucked. You have very few viable choices because you're controlled by the crazy the Christian right now. That doesn't fly with most of U.S. population.
Conservatives moving forward:
If you're a conservative who actually gives a shit about this country, seek to pick politicians who aren't crazy and who represent the will of the people. If you can't win legitimately because your positions turn off the masses, change your positions rather than attempt to delegitimize democracy. Have some honor and ethics. Otherwise, you are a piece of shit who deserves to lose and be ignored.
Many of you should be outraged at how dishonest the GOP has become. From George Santos to North Carolina state Rep. Tricia Cotham, who ran and was elected as a Democrat but switched her party affiliation to being a Republican a few months after being elected. Last week she was the deciding vote to overturn the Governor's veto of the restrictive abortion bill that was passed in North Carolina. North Carolina will be the next state to turn blue.
If they keep going against the will of the people, Republicans will be voted out eventually.

family. Whites, Blacks, Latinos and Asian got along in Pasadena. However, there were
those who were racists but they were in the minority. The vast majority of people I grew
up with turned out to be decent successful people. But when drugs came upon the scene
in the 70's I noticed a deterioration of society. And now we have more problems than ever.
It will be the ones who are considered conservative who will bring about change.
The major reason is that they believe in a higher power that controls the universe,
not men. Liberals believe they know what's best for the people and therefore
force people to follow their rules. In the end they will fail.
In the meantime, more misery to come until the people figure out it.
We might also even get some help from real Aliens.

AP is used by the vast majority of print media, Twitter is used as a source by much of print media. If the source story is biased or erroneous......well, you can see where this is going. You’re conflating facts with one’s beliefs and positions. I am not a journalist and I’m not to uncovering facts.
I read about politics often and issues are addressed through multiple sources. I will pick a source from many to use as support for my position, but only if there appears to be a general consensus from multiple sources. If there is evidence from trusted sources that runs counter to my position, I’ll add those too because I don’t want to appear to be biased.
Based on what you wrote, no opinions can be made because all information is biased. Not only does that not make sense, that falls right into the conservative playbook to deny what is generally known as true, what is obvious, and what you've literally seen with your own eyes. For example, everyone both sides were disgusted by what the insurrectionists did on January 6 as it was happening and for a month or so afterward. But as time went on, conservatives slowly altered the story of what happened and made people question what they literally saw with their own eyes.

The Republicans refused to form the Committee in the first place, not to serve on the committee once it was formed.
Since there was no Committee formed to address an entire summer of riots and insurrection, most Republicans felt no need to move forward with a special committee.

In regards to "tools" that our constitution allows for when we think that the current government is corrupt, I think that casting your vote is the only tool that is allowed. Certainly, insurrection is not!
I don't think it is right to use the word "constitution" in conjunction with words like; revolt, revolution, insurrection, and overthrow; unless those words are used in the description of a "cultural" revolution - not a physical one. Cultural revolutions happen all the time, but when they go violent then it becomes something entirely different.
BLM started out as a cultural revolution but has now morphed into something different. I'm not sure what to call it now but it is not the same as when it started. When BLM became a justification or rallying cry for rioting and wholesale theft by flash mobs then I lost whatever respect I had for it.

Rather than nominate Republicans who were outraged by what happened, McCarthy nominated two clearly biased Republican representatives who merely wanted to support Trump and hide the truth about what occurred.
Jordon will likely be implicated in some fashion himself, so it was particularly disingenuous to nominate him. Banks supported unfounded claims questioning the legality of some of the votes in the 2020 election and he discredited the formation of the committee as a way for Democrats to attack Republicans (rather than seeking to investigate what happened leading up to and during the insurrection). See the attached article.
Moreover, I posted the speeches of both McCarthy and McConnell where they criticized and blamed Trump for the January 6 insurrection. That is the unfiltered, un-spun truth before Republicans had a chance to lie to their base and the American public. Address that fact and stop lying to everyone that the insurrection wasn't what it really was.
Now we are headed down the path as to why I hate participating in these political blogs.
