I am not voting for him, but he is certainly an interesting and needed addition to the coming election cycle.

Way better than Biden, but the Dems wouldn't unite behind a Kennedy !
|
|
He certainly says some things that resonate with people, including me. But when we speak of professional politicians that tell us whatever we want to hear while campaigning, then do whatever they damn well please (or their party "dictates") once they get elected, then there is no one more professional politician than a Kennedy. Just say'n.
Me: Lifelong Republican - now Independent

ehh - i remember during covid, he was over the hill anti vaxxer.
at the time he was local, maybe still is.. living in PV.
i dont have a problem with people having their opinion but it was everything that was coming out of his mouth.. along with a sleuth of conspiracy theories.

Well ...
He's not a 'professional' politician.
In fact he's never held a public office. He's, as he said in the interview, an environmental & public service lawyer for the last 40 years.
He's done a lot of research on vaccines and even wrote a book on the subject.
Both Tucker & Megyn Kelly read the book then tore into the sources/peer reviewed studies he quoted and used and both of them have come out and said that they found all of those sources to all be credible.
So the so called 'conspiracy theories' may not be theories - just a few days ago a peer reviewed study came out showing that the lock downs and mandates did more harm then good and should have never been instituted.
AND ... he just got a major endorsement from Jack Dorsey.
So the DNC may not like it but, he's already polling over 20% and gaining - he's getting not only dems but independents, libertarians and centrist repubs behind him.
They might not have any choice but to throw their weight behind him or get left behind.
And if they don't, and steal the primary for biden, what are they going to do if he says 'Fuck that!' and runs as an independent?

I LIKE IKE.

Although I agree with what he says and how he wants to return this country to what it was founded on, I highly doubt his own deep state party will have him. As it is so entrenched not one man can over turn it.

^ Got to start somewhere.
Getting pharma out of the fda etc wouldn't be that hard it pretty much just takes the stroke of a President's pen.
The rest will take some work and like minded people to come after him.
If he's serious, right now I'm not sure, I'd love to see him try.

so he is running for the DNC? or GOP
|
|
ok read the article now, guess he is doing an interview on twitter today.
running for dems but i highly doubt they will have him.
unless you are 100% aligned with the DNC and their aspirations they will not support you.
remember they can delegate their super mandates as they please.
i hope RJK is not as far out there as i had thought.

Lawyer or politician?
Same soup, different bowl!

And I certainly don't mean to disparage anyone about a possible handicap, but just listening to him is going to turn a lot of people off. He just doesn't sound or come across as a vibrant guy. His biggest obstacle will be the perception of his heath, just like Biden.
My personal opinion is that someone who will be the Commander-in-Chief of the military should have to retire at the same age as our generals. If we think a certain age is capable of being the leader of the free world, then why wouldn't we want to continue to have the benefit of our best military leaders at that same age? Granted, the military probably wants to make room for the up-and-coming and provide some upward mobility, but I think it is a shame to lose that experience. Of course there are always the "think tanks" which essentially keeps them engaged, but I just think it is a cheesy policy.

"Both Tucker & Megyn Kelly read the book then tore into the sources/peer reviewed studies he quoted and used and both of them have come out and said that they found all of those sources to all be credible."
well by all means if those trusted voices of journalism signed off on him then I'm all in.
It's ludicrous to say he's not anti vax.
He should just save time and campaign for Trump.
|
|
That is a strong point
|
|
He sounds crazy to me and he's definitely anti-vax.
The rest of the Kennedys have shunned him for his wacky views on vaccines.

We love Robert F. Kennedy Jr., but he is part of a misinformation campaign that’s having heartbreaking—and deadly—consequences.

I would actually voted for him over Biden in a heartbeat.
It’s hilarious when liberals use the term misinformation.
They’re fake narrative lol. Just listening to KJP spew lies, deflect herself from answering questions and push their disgusting woke agenda of bullshit.
FJB! LFG RK Jr…a good change for the party of Deadbeat, virtue signaling scumbags (aka democraps)

Can't we keep politics off the board?

Hey Marissa,
Didn't know you were a life long Republican. Me too! But, lately having too many disappointments from Rino's lying to us again and again. We more conservative minded are the Charlie Brown's trying to kick the football. Lucy, (Dems and Reb;s) pull it out at the last second.
Anyway, I also like RFK Jr.s message, too bad the DNC won't let him on the same stage with Biden. He'd look sane!!

Too easy. Try harder next time to imitate intelligence Atticus.
RFK Jr. Suggests Anne Frank Led a Charmed Life Compared to What Anti-Vaxxers Are Forced to Go Through.
He conveniently failed to mention Frank famously died in a concentration camp at the age of 15.

^ still not as bad of the racist comments from FJB past that you libitwats overlook
Libitwat , libitwat
Your brains have rot
By voting for joe Biden
Your IQ has been decided

Compared to you I'm Einstein.

A lot of providers I’ve met on HX are republicans, but keep it on the down low as some jackasses here refuse to visit GOP voters. I couldn’t care less if girls are with the Bohemian National Alliance (real party) or the Whig Party. I’m there to spend some quality time.

"rebuild the middle class, stop foreign wars, get big pharma out of the fda, cdc, nih & niaih, rebuild our manufacturing base etc etc."
Isn't that Trump's platform?
|
|
But wait ! There's more...
RFK Jr. Interviews
.
|
|
The Twitter interview was very interesting. I agree with him on most points. He is subject to criticism however from opponents on the grounds *conspiracy theories *(including possible UFOs . Much better than Biden. This country needs a new course. His interview is still up on Twitter on Musk page. It is long but folks should check it out.

|
I won’t vote for him but he’s better than almost any Democrat out there!
