Look at 7:42 how the cop takes off the subject's backpack and slams it to the ground.
The guy did not resist, complied peacefully...except that he continued to speak his 1st Amendment rights.
That cop had anger at this man for some reason. I doubt it was justified. The backpack moment at 7:42 is telling...you'd think was was in a 3 block foot pursuit of an armed suspect, between houses, over fences, and through the woods before he caught him...the adrenaline pumping.
