Hate to break this to you, but a guy who has been a Senator for 37 years, a Vice President for 8, and is currently the President of the United States is not a failed career politician.
By definition, that's one of the most successful politicians out there.
In terms of effectiveness, he's passed more legislation than almost any other President, especially compared to Trump who passed essentially nothing. And Biden ran rings around McCarthy when negotiating the debt ceiling by threatening to circumvent a Congressional vote, forcing McCarthy's hand.
Of course all you hear from right-wing media is that he's old, feeble, and can't do anything. But that is clearly not true.
Conversely, Tucker Carlson said best in his confidential text messages that were uncovered during the Dominion trial:
Addressing Trump’s four years as president, Carlson said: “We’re all pretending we’ve got a lot to show for it, because admitting what a disaster it’s been is too tough to digest. But come on. There really isn’t an upside to Trump.”

The fact that anybody defends Biden is incredulous to me. Even if you think his intentions are pure he has fucked almost everything up. The fact that people defend Trump is just as incredulous. Every decision Trump made was to make his life better, not yours. The fact that it actually worked for the country (at least short term) makes no difference. Ok, I’ll bite…
The Republicans limited the deduction for State and Local Taxes ( SALT)to $10,000. In a high tax state, like say California, many of us pay or paid well in excess of 10k with property taxes and state income taxes. That affects lower income taxpayers more. Again, they’re being work around for high income and super wealthy. That is one example.
Please try and control your anger and name calling.
