@lapierre - Probably because the Canadian government asked for U.S. Coast Guard involvement. The U.S. Gov't gets involved in a lot of rescue efforts that are foreign and don't involve U.S. citizens. I believe that Stockon Rush is/was a U.S. citizen.
I can't wait for Titan 2. I will gladly pay all the fees to send GBD on his merry way.
