Thomas and Alito have indicated that they’ll retire soon.
These cases (along with Dobbs and the Republican blocking of reasonable gun laws) will be strong Democrat motivators in 2024.
Republicans should expect to lose the presidency, lose the House, and lose more seats in the Senate, and likely, two Supreme Court Justices.
All of this is obvious, regardless of what happens to Trump (who is royally fucked).

By the way, the Supreme Court voted against State legislatures being able to change voting laws without Federal oversight, so that has taken away one way for Republicans to cheat in elections. They got that one right. See linked article.
