Thank you so much! I absolutely love the Huntington and all it has to offer.
I was recently gifted a beautiful bonsai and realized I have very little knowledge. I went to read up and what I found was difficult to absorb.
Thank-you again!

Hey, that's pretty cool. I'm going to see how to get started and learn on a small tree.
|
|
You can practice on me

Sweet offer, but I'd rather use a tree to start until I get really good but after that I'm open to working on humans. I'll update my notes.

Thanks for all the info! I will try my best to keep this lil beaut alive happy and healthy!!
What did you want to know about pruning? What type of trees and what area are you living?
|

I've been doing bonsai with pubs.

banned from the pubs.

I got peaches, nectarines, plums, oranges, blood oranges, apples, lemons, apricots, and avocados. And I'm in the Corona area.

^^^ I’ve got the same except apples but by the beach, different climate. Oh, and figs and guava, I’ve been cutting back to control height the past few weeks but neglected to truly prune over the winter.
They’ve all gone wild this year. So have my 🍅…
Note to self: bonsai tomato plants
