What phone are you using to shoot the pics? Are you uploading the images from the same phone?
Do you have autorotate set on your phone?

Turnoff autorotate on your phone.
When you delete pix in your album, it may still show up for a time in uploaded new pix.
That could be the issue, , so it may take time for it to be purged from the system
I could be wrong but that comes to mind

It's a Samsung, nothing fancy. And it's happened on other phones as well. Lol if u look through my pics it's obvious which ones I'm talking about. Scratch that, think iv deleted most of them. Lol
But anyhow- so if I wait awhile (hour or two? Day or 2?) I might be able to upload the correct pic?
This is starting to be 2 much like work. Sheesh!!

I just turn the screen sideways then to view 
But that takes some work with a 32 inch monitor. Oh my aching back
But seriously turn off autorotate on your Samsung .
I see many pix here shot in portrait phone alignment coming out in landscape , so I don’t know why

I have problem. I trying to upload this picture (for example) to my sweetness album but it’s saying it’s duplicate to spam. No matter if I change the photo to a different. I never spam.

Upload from a laptop if you can ...
www.irfanview.com for your laptop, make your pics 800 x 600 and 72 DPI ...
If you have to use your phone, go to your app store and download a picture resizer app,
and run your pics through it and size them at 800 x 600, and you should be in great shape then ...

Hey that's awesome, so 800×600 on the phone app resizer.
I've always had trouble loading pictures, it's just me though.
It gets frustrating and I give up, cause it's crazy to big !
