@sherkahn
That's not entirely accurate. He received a target letter indicating that he may be prosecuted for the January 6 insurrection.
It will likely result in his prosecution and arrest, but the grand jury must move forward first.

Wow, Do Nothing Don really set this country back 50 years. The dude doesnt even listhen or pay his lawyers and nobdy wants to represent him đ. Never trust a Draft Dodger.

People who are passionate about Donald Trump enjoy mecos and toast with morning coffee .
|

The radical left is in control of the Executive Branch.
The Justice Department is part of the Executive Branch.
The radical left will do ANYTHING to prevent Donald Trump from being elected again.
So of course he will be charged.
Of course, charging and convicting are two different things. But they are not interested in a conviction, only damaging the candidate enough to stop him.
This couldn't possibly be "election interference," could it????

That tub-o-lard knows he makes bank every time somebody tries to indict him.
He might shoot somebody on Park Avenue as a fund raiser.

@yellowB2
And youâre an attorney?
The DOJ prosecutes independently of the Presidential administration, which is how itâs supposed to be, except for Trump who demanded that Bill Barr prosecute his adversaries. Trump even had the IRS audit his adversaries.
But we all know that the Right always has a double standard.
Trump and his followers chanted âlock her up,â targeting Hillary in 2016 and later during Trumpâs administration, which was the first time a politician overtly and spuriously pushed for his adversaryâs prosecution and imprisonment.
Yet when there is a mountain of evidence of Trumpâs criminality, on multiple number of fronts, he shouldnât be prosecuted?
Cry my a fucking riverâŚ
|
|
A prosecutor would never push to indict a former President unless there is a very strong belief that it will result in a slam dunk conviction. Trumpâs running again should be perceived as a Hail Mary to try to stay out of an orange jumpsuit.
I know a lot of Republicans who voted for him twice that would never vote for him again. Theyâve finally come to their senses. They just want him to disappear.
|
|
"Yet when there is a mountain of evidence of Trumpâs criminality, on multiple number of fronts, he shouldnât be prosecuted?"
Mountain of evidence.... pffft.
So with going on 8 years now of case history all of the "evidence" against Trump we find out over and over shit is manufactured and the media pushes lies.
But in the case of Hillary she really did do bad shit with emails and a server, had all of it under subpoena but she destroyed it. Nothing to see there. Case dropped.
Amazing how the liberal morons cant recognize the obvious double standard at work here.

"The radical left will do ANYTHING to prevent Donald Trump from being elected again."
Truer words have never been spoken
The Left would rather burn this country to the ground and stand in the way of the will of the people than let Trump become the GOP nominee

"The DOJ prosecutes independently of the Presidential administration"
The United States Department of Justice (DOJ), also known as the Justice Department, is a federal executive department of the United States government tasked with the enforcement of federal law and administration of justice in the United States. It is equivalent to the justice or interior ministries of other countries. The department is headed by the U.S. attorney general, who reports directly to the president of the United States and is a member of the president's Cabinet. The current attorney general is Merrick Garland, who was sworn in on March 11, 2021.
Time to vote on whether MA is the dumbest fuck on HX?
Or, dumbest fuck on the planet?
You decide
The DOJ is as independent of the Presidential Admin as your dick is of your balls.
Well, in MA's case, they truly are disconnected.
The rest of us..........not so much.
Seriously, you continue to post shit that makes Trump on Truth Social look like a genius.
|
|
Oh but yeah, I'm the twisted one.
What a blithering idiot.
Hunter Biden isn't in prison because daddy told the head of the DOJ it wouldn't be healthy for his career, lol.
Nobody can be as stupid as this guy so gotta chalk his posts up to "extreme shock value" with no intention of having any bearing on reality.

I saw trump today.

I wonder if Vegas has betting odds for the orange con-man doing time in prison.

Bro moreno lost and yair
|
|
Wow Goebbels, I have never seen such astonishing determination by one man to consistently and thoroughly humiliate himself on such a quotidian basis.
The case is Morrison v. Olson. Just look it up. I am a busy man.
Neither the President nor the AG have managerial authority over Special Prosecutors in particular but also federal prosecutors in general. Except to fire them, which is historically disastrous.
It is not the function of American jurisprudence to prosecute who you personally think they should. And that failure to not validate your ill informed, malicious, and obtuse ethical depravity is not evidence of DOJs corruption but only evidence of your contemptible unmanliness.
|
|
"Bro moreno lost and yair"
Moreno broke his hand in the first. Moreno smashed Pantoja, but got gave up too much control. They need to rematch. Yair had a couple moments, but Volk is the man. Yair always comes back stronger though. I wasn't expecting Whittaker to lose like that. Dan Hooker is always exciting and Bo Nickal too.
|
|
@Goebbels
Youâre always wrong in essentially everything you post. Do you really think I didnât know that the DOJ is part of the Executive Branch?
Treating the DOJ as the Presidentâs law firm, which Trump did under Bill Barr, was widely criticized and diminished the DOJâs reputation.
But since Orange Criminal did it, McCarthy had to wrongly allege that Biden is doing it here. That obviously ignores Trumpâs clear criminality as it relates to January 6 where McCarthy claimed, immediately after it happened, that Trump bore complete responsibility for it. Watch the linked 2 minute video.
I also linked an LA Times article that explains the reason for DOJ independence.
If it isnât clear to everyone here, the Republican Party consistently lies to help cover up Trumpâs crimes. Itâs only a matter of time that the idiots who continue to support Trump (and you really are idiots) will turn on him and the Republican Party.
|
|
â The Left would rather burn this country to the ground and stand in the way of the will of the people than let Trump become the GOP nomineeâ
Didnât The Radical Right literally trying overturn the government and free elections on January 6th?

Knew it
Hey1 = MA
No 2 different imbeciles could be as retarded as this 1 person.
(Sometimes you sound as dumb as Dood, but he's in a special category)
#1
"The DOJ prosecutes independently of the Presidential administration"
Copy/paste of MA's exact words.....I see no reference here about a "special prosecutor"
If you meant it, you should've posted it
#2
The Independent Counsel Act expired in 1999.
Morrison v. Olson decision was 1988 prior to the expiration of Title VI of the Act
After expiration of the Act, AG Reno promulgated regs for future appointments of special counsel and that's we live by today.
End of the day, the AG has the power and the AG works for the President.....which means the same thing for both FDT and FJB........they tell that motherfucker what to do.
You'd be stupid and naive to think otherwise.
You believe that Barr did some shit (and maybe he did) but then you give Garland a pass and think he's hands off from his SC's????
He's already been caught lying about the Hunter Biden SC, David Weiss
Anyway, it's fucking boring AND pitiful that this has to be laid out to you empty vessels but I like to do a bit of community service now and then.
|
|
@Goebbels
Whenever I read one of your posts, I wonder what happened to you.
I liken you to a naked homeless man yelling at a street corner. You look away and keep on walking.
|
|
Meanwhile the evidence that Joe and Hunter are criminals is mounting
and the Dems and the media want you to believe it's some type of conspiracy.
Anybody paying attention to the whistleblowers from the IRS during the
congressional hearing. They testified that the Biden DOJ interferred with
their criminal investigation into Hunter's unreported income and any connection
to Joe.
Trump is not going to jail anytime soon. Dream on, those who don't like Trump.

"@Goebbels
Whenever I read one of your posts, I wonder what happened to you."
^ This is where MA deflects when he's got nothing, been proven wrong and clearly shows faulty reasoning, poor judgment, bias, etc.
Best not post at all rather than bring attention to how "twisted" you are
|
|
Better to use the Hey method, after posting some stupid, and slink off in the dark.
If you 2 (or is it 1) weren't so plainly biased, there's an outside possibility you could use the few neurons you've got left. Allow the facts to lead you as opposed to trying to shoe-horn them into supporting fallacious and ill-considered conclusions.
Or, alternatively maybe just bury your bone in your own back yard.
Physically challenging for sure but so rewarding for a guy(s?) with so little else to occupy your time.

Lol SeymourPutz....all this Trump news is the real deflection from the high crimes and misdemeanors committed by the Biden and Clinton family crime syndicates

@Goebbels
I can assure you that Hey1 is a different person who happens to share a common disdain for your posts.
What Iâve written already speaks for itself. Youâre simply wrong.
|
|
@Goebbels' thought process reminds me of how the Republican Party responds to getting caught with its pants down. Deny everything, even when the facts are obviously against them. Claim bias. Claim unfair prosecution. Whine. Whine. Whine.
Trump is clearly a criminal and everyone knows it.
When Trump gets prosecuted, Republicans create a false equivalency that Biden needs to be prosecuted as well.
The Hunter Biden laptop fiasco shows how dumb Republicans are: the main witness has a warrant for his arrest and is a spy for the Chinese. Whistleblowers who are not credible. And even if everything they are alleging is absolutely true, it amounts to less than 1/10th of 1% of the criminality that Trump has already admitted to committing.
The House oversight committee hearings have been laughable. Republicans have no evidence of Joe Biden's wrongdoing and they've admitted it.
The only threat to Biden's reelection is RFK Jr. (another clown) and the No Labels candidate syphoning off votes that would go to Biden.
|
|
The Hunter laptop shows how dumb libtards are. 52 justice Dept spooks dismissed it as a Russian plant right before the election. "Trumptards" were (yet again) assailed as conspiracy theorists. And then (yet again) turn out to be right. The laptop is confirmed as Hunters and the content is as damaging as we thought. So now you go after Trump and the whistleblowers
|
|
This dude plays the piccolo.

Hunter Bidens Whats-app
âI am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled,â according to testimony the whistleblower gave to Congress, which quotes from texts that are allegedly from Hunter Biden to the CEO of a Chinese fund management company.
The message continues: âTell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand. And now means tonight.â The message goes onto say, âI will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.â
yeah, that's 1/10 of 1%
|
|
This dude is a director.

Oh well, now that you've said that I'm wrong........I guess that's that!
Apparently, once you're triggered then it's all Trump Trump Trump
Since you brought him up, here's some news about your Furher, FJB
"According to an unidentified informant businessman, the founder of Burisma recounted being pressured by then-Vice President Joe Biden to put Bidenâs son Hunter on the Ukrainian energy companyâs board, and for $10 million in bribes â $5 million each to Joe and Hunter Biden â in order to use Bidenâs political influence to force the firing of a Ukrainian prosecutor who was investigating Burisma.
The prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, was fired by the Ukrainian government a few months after Vice President Biden, in late 2015, threatened then-Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko that the Obama administration would withhold $1 billion in congressionally approved U.S. funding unless Kyiv fired Shokin. Biden later bragged about the threat in a 2018 interview at the Council on Foreign Relations."
This is clearly off topic but since you opened the door, let's talk about FJB............
|
|
"Whistleblowers who are not credible. And even if everything they are alleging is absolutely true, it amounts to less than 1/10th of 1% of the criminality that Trump has already admitted to committing."
Multiple IRS witnesses testified but they're obviously "not credible".......bwahahaha
This is why you Epic Fail time after time.
I am in no way defending anything Trump does but apparently as long as FJB does a little less illegal shit.........then he gets a pass, lol
You really have NO idea how fucking stupid you sound.
Evidence staring you in the face and you deny, deflect and dissemble.
MA is just a POS, in fact.............
There are "Peak Performers" that draw on previous success, which activates a positive chain reaction of success drivers such as confidence, self-esteem and positive expectancy.
You are what we call a "Trough Performer", low self-esteem, no confidence and negative expectancy.
That's why your posts are all hot air and nary a fact or truth to be found.
Deny, Deflect and Dissemble............MA's path to success
|
|
Here's another taste for you, MA.
"The CHS (confidential human source) then asked why Burisma needed his assistance with the acquisition of a U.S. energy company given Hunter Bidenâs involvement, prompting Pojarskii to concede that the younger Bidenâs limited intelligence meant he was of little value outside of the influence he could exercise over his father."
The apples does not fall far from the tree of FJB
|
|
This dude grew up on an orchard. He knows apples.

@Eulogy and @Goebbels
So Joe and Hunter Biden supposedly received bribes of $5 million each. Great, prosecute them if they have the evidence (which is doubtful).
But how does that compare with the $2 billion Jared and Ivanka received from Saudi Arabia?
And how does that compare with Trump inciting an insurrection, disrupting the peaceful transition of power, organizing a fake slate of electors, and attempting to disenfranchise the 81,282,916 million people who voted for Biden?
And how does that compare with compromising our national security by storing our country's top secrets in a bathroom and ballroom of a club that has had a history of being infiltrated by spies?
Yes, assuming that everything that is being alleged against Biden is true, it amounts to 1/10th of 1 percent being alleged against Trump. Obviously.
|
|
God youâre a fucking idiot. Who runs the justice department? No charges will ever be brought against the Biden family crime syndicate. Whoâs been investigated to Hell and back and not convicted of anything? Trump. These are the real questions. Why isnât Biden investigated? And why hasnât Trump been convicted if heâs so guilty given the resources thrown at trying to put him in jail?
I mean, these are the questions that any intelligent unbiased person would be asking themselves. Youâre a partisan dip shit so go fuck off
|
|
But there's more....
There are many differences between Republicans and Democrats.
If a politician gets convicted of a crime, it's almost always a Republican. And if a politician is accused of a crime and the accusations lead nowhere, the target of the investigation is usually a Democrat. Case in point: Hillary Clinton has been the target of multiple Congressional investigations that have led nowhere. See linked article.
Why?
Because Republicans are generally motivated by greed and Democrats are generally altruistic. Of course there are Democrats who get convinced of crimes, like Anthony Weiner, but for the most part, Democrats do a good job of policing themselves and Republicans typically defend the bad behavior of their Party members.
Once again, the Congressional hearings against Hunter and Joe Biden will likely also lead to no convictions (much less charges), but that's not the real purpose of Republican Congressional hearings. The purpose of the hearings is to convince the Republican base that Democrats are corrupt and should also be prosecuted.
So how many people associated with Trump have been charged with crimes? 11 so far, including Steve Bannon, Tom Barrack, Elliott Broidy, Michael Cohen, Michael Flynn, Rick Gates, Paul Manafort, George Nader, George Papadopoulos, Roger Stone, and Allen Weisselberg.
Beyond Trump (who we all know is fucked), expect Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, and Sidney Powell--at a minimum to also be indicted.
There has never been a President this corrupt before in the history of this country. That is why I can't believe that there are still people out there who support him. What's wrong with you people?

|
|
No, Tom, you're the idiot.
The director of the FBI is Christopher Wray, who was also grilled last week by the Congressional committee investigating Biden.
He was accused of going easy on Joe/Hunter Biden, at which he reminded them that he is a Republican and was appointed by Republican Presidents (nominated by Trump).
|
|
One other reason why Republicans should be worried (and will do everything they can to target Biden) is that Lindsey Graham, Marjorie Taylor Greene, and Matt Gaetz may also be indicted in the Georgia case.
Is this bias on my part, or are you finally hearing what is really happening? I suspect none of this is being said in your conservative echo chamber.
