Anyone else also notice that Hunter sweetheart plea deal with the DOJ has completely fallen apart and now he has pleaded not guilty to existing charges and with go to trial.
The DOJ has egg all over their faces on this on as the deal was to give Hunter immunity from prosecution for charges for existing and future investigations.
The deal was to insulate Joe but that has been nuked in a spectacular fireball.

Decimated in LATIN means what you say but long ago took on totally different meanings in ENGLISH............as many Latin words have over 2,000 years. Weirdly enough, we use English here, not Latin.......quod erat demostrandum.
In English, decimated can be used to "destroy a large number of", not necessarily just a tenth.
In fact, decimation meant "a tithing" long before it was used in any other fashion.
