this is getting pretty silly
gotta imagine poll numbers to keep going higher
On the Republican side, of course.
Those independents that he needs to win?
Going for alternatives.
For those of that have a functional cerebral cortex and regularly consume oxygen please understand that...
“I NEED ONE MORE INDICTMENT TO ENSURE MY ELECTION!"
Has absolutely NOTHING to with admitting guilt to anything.
Just like Alvin Bragg's indictment Jack Smith is over his skis with bizarre counts but now doesn't even name coconspirators.
It's all about shame but no game.
They need a mug shot so the village idiots like Shitcan can scream like monkeys fighting over bananas.
Mugshot of village idiots.
Just show your photo, jackrabbit.
independents are smarter than you think on the political persecution front...the more they pile on...the easier it will be...just to take the fuckers out
this will of course end up going nowhere
Special Prosecutor Jack Smith as a political prosecutor:
1. Bob McDonnell -- Governor of Virginia. Secured a conviction on federal corruption charges. End result: Unanimously overturned by the SCOTUS. FAIL.
2. John Edwards -- Former Presidential Candidate. Charged with campaign finance violations and fraud. End result: HUNG JURY. FAIL.
3. (Smith led this investigation) Bob Menendez -- New Jersey Senator. Charged with bribery. Following an 11-week trial, the federal judge overseeing the case declared a mistrial in November 2017 after the 12-person jury said it was deadlocked on the charges. One of the jurors told reporters that the jury was split 10-2 on all of the counts, with the large majority voting to acquit the senator. END RESULT: HUNG JURY. FAIL.
This guy sucks. His indictment isn't worth the recycled paper it's printed on.
On the Republican side, of course.
No actually across the board.
Recent polls (as of yesterday or the day before) show Trump and Biden in a virtual tie.
As more Americans learn about Hunter Biden and the Biden Influence Enterprise, we should see some additional independents bailing on Joey.
Only a real fucking idiot. Can’t see the two most obvious things about these indictments. The first thing is that they always come the day after a Hunter Biden guilty revelation. So it’s just to distract everybody from seeing what’s really going on. But the second thing is that it only makes him more popular, because the intelligent people in this country knows he’s being fucking railroaded. That’s why he says he needs one more indictment because it’ll boost his popularity to a level where he will clinch the Republican nomination, and then destroy Joe Biden in the debate. But I will agree… Trump is an idiot. Because there will be no debate. Because we will have a mysterious surge in Covid. That will keep Joe Biden off at the beach stage I fucking guarantee it.
this ROGAN dude? hated trump....guess what? he's coming around
think he has any sway on some independent votes? i mean the DUDE hated trump...you don't vote for someone you hate
BUT these recent legal actions start to add up...easy to see what's going on...the timing of all the filings is pretty crazy.
Tom
I hold out more hope for the American voter.
We all did that in 2020, and many are feeling the economic pain that Joe has created.
He could hide in the basement and had NO record to stand on.
He will have 3 disastrous years to account for. Inflation that has taken most prices to near all-time highs, information coming out about his son, an open border, bullshit woke ideology and the list goes on....
What do you mean new record? Joe Biden has been in public offices entire life and he has a long-standing record of lying and plagiarism and racism and sexism. And yet libtards voted for him based on “character and temperament”
Voters were told it Donald Trump would start World War III in the first hundred days but he’s the first president in my lifetime not to start a war. Meanwhile Joe Biden keeps challenging political opponents in voters to fist fight.
Fucking libtards
Trump praised Putin's invasion of Ukraine. Called it a "Brilliant" move. If he becomes president (even in jail), Ukraine is fucked.
What do you mean new record?
Tom the average voter doesn't look at the Senate record that is too sophisticated. Besides, he was one of 100 senators.
He is now all alone, his decisions, his fuckups.....Can't hide or expect the average person NOT to see.
IT'S 2023 AND @Sherkahn is still sucking on and riding Trump's dick!!!!!!!!!!!
sad man!!!!!!!!!!!
jack smith fucking up a few times turning over evidence...did they lie about it?
shit is NEVER on the up and up with left...always something hokey
Hadn't planned on posting but this is pretty funny....
"Take Mr. Trump out of the equation and consider more broadly what even the New York Times calls Mr. Smith’s “novel approach.” A politician can lie to the public, Mr. Smith concedes. Yet if that politician is advised by others that his comments are untruthful and nonetheless uses them to justify acts that undermine government “function,” he is guilty of a conspiracy to defraud the country. Dishonest politicians who act on dubious legal claims?
There aren’t enough prisons to hold them all."
Here's more..........
"Consider how many politicians might already be doing time had prosecutors applied this standard earlier. Both Al Gore and George W. Bush filed lawsuits in the 2000 election that contained bold if untested legal claims. Surely both candidates had advisers who told them privately that they may have legitimately lost—and neither publicly conceded an inch until the Supreme Court resolved the matter. Might an ultimate sore winner have used this approach to indict the loser for attempting to thwart the democratic process?"
And.............
"And why limit the theory to election claims? In 2014 the justices held unanimously that President Barack Obama had violated the Constitution by decreeing that the Senate was in recess so that he could install several appointees without confirmation. It was an outrageous move, one that Mr. Obama’s legal counselors certainly warned was a loser, yet the White House vocally insisted the president had total “constitutional authority” to do it. Under Mr. Smith’s standard, that was a lie that Mr. Obama used to defraud the public by jerry-rigging the function of a labor board with illegal appointments."
This one is really good..........
"What’s the betting someone told President Biden he didn’t have the power to erase $430 billion in student loan debt. Oh, wait! That’s right. He told himself. “I don’t think I have the authority to do it by signing with a pen,” he said in 2021. The House speaker advised him it was illegal: “People think that the president of the United States has the power for debt forgiveness. He does not,” Nancy Pelosi said. Yet Mr. Biden later adopted the lie that he did, and took action to defraud taxpayers by obstructing the federal function of loan processing—until the Supreme Court made him stop."
DOJ has actually lost their minds or as someone pointed out.
They need a story to print that steals the oxygen from the Hunter story.
Or, you can do what the LA Times does......just ignore Hunter and don't print anything at all

Speaking of on the up and up, Trump’s lawyer just fucked him on live national television when he , as a poor criminal attorney, abdicated responsibility and sanity in protecting his client and went to talk on live air after the third indictment.
What did he say that is so damnable?
Trump did what he is accused of.
“The final ask that Mr. Trump made to Vice President Pence was simply, ‘Pause the voting.’ There’s nothing inherently unconstitutional or illegal about that,” Lauro told CNN’s Kaitlin Collins Tuesday night. “In fact, he had an opinion from a very well-known constitutional scholar that said that’s fine; that that’s legal.”
Lauro also admitted on national television that Trump tried to use a slate of fake electors.
“What’s the unlawful means? There was an effort to get alternate electors, which is a protocol that was used in 1960 by John Kennedy. And it was a protocol that was constitutionally accepted,” he insisted. “So there’s nothing wrong about that.”
There are so many things wrong with that line of argument that show high levels of delusion and incompetence.

lost cause
this will go nowhere
has a lot of same issues as NY case
To the typical repubnazi Biden can not do anything right, yet the stock market is up, jobs are being added inflation is down and and wages are up. However Tramp worshippers still spend their days doing mental gymnastics trying to defend the pos grifter. FN idiots
This is the fundamental problem. The left keeps digging a deeper and deeper hole. They keep breaking more and more laws, and covering up more and more crimes so that they have no choice but to do whatever it takes to stay in power.
Hopefully this time Trump doesn’t repeat his mistakes. He should’ve fired Comey and assigned a special investigator into Hillary immediately. I think if he gets back to the White House he’s gonna be a little bit more aggressive going after these bad characters.
Total BS, tramp is a con artist and grifter and the worshippers keep sucking him off. Check how many sub contractors got ripped off by don the con. A well earned nick name. This time most Americans hope he pays for his misdeeds. As for Hilary or any politician left or right, break the law suffer the consequences. The tramp worshipper is blind
Lmfao at con artist. as opposed to Biden?
Meanwhile, for this who just don't get it, Biden is trying to do the same thing as Putin: jail the opposition leader for opposing him
"To the typical repubnazi Biden can not do anything right, yet the stock market is up, jobs are being added inflation is down and and wages are up."
Do you have a real job and contribute to Society because I'm guessing you are an SSI recipient. Asking for many.
Biden has grotesquely fucked up more shit beyond all comprehension.
Saying 'inflation is down' doesn't mean shit until PRICES get back down towards normal. That means we need to experience DEFLATION you fuckin LIBI-TWAT moron.
To put some numbers to this. Things that cost $100 when Biden took office now cost $118.30. So if that goes up by "only" 3% it is hardly a fucking victory.
Stock market is up 15% under Biden. Stock market was up 56% under Trump or roughly 11.8% per year. Without Covid, Trump would have done better every single year than Biden has done for his entire term.
Look...its fine if you want to hate Trump or vote along party lines. It's fine if you are stupid. But please, stop thinking that we are stupid. The facts and brainpower are both on our side.
And since the libtards have adopted Bill Barr as their new hero, here he is saying the same things we are on this new indictment:
"As former Attorney General William Barr told CNN on Wednesday, “there were reasons not to bring” the case, and among them is “the slippery slope of criminalizing legitimate political activity.”
Also, please not that this happened on CNN so you can't discredit this Fake Fox News either
“Biden is trying to do the same thing as Putin.”
Stupidest thing I have heard in a while. Putin would find a way to whack you.
There are checks and balances for these kinds of actions, and everything has been on the up and up about nailing Trump for his crimes legitimately.
You just can’t accept the fact that Trump is a dyed-in-the-wool con man and criminal, and that his own Allie’s are turning on him because he is not worthy of being a leader of any kind.
"everything has been on the up an up" is hands down the stupidest thing ever uttered by someone not named Kamala Harris.
Have you forgotten the three year impeachment scam? Schiff, Brennan and Clapper on every libtard network NIGHTLY claiming they have evidence? Please please please provide a link to this evidence cause under oath they all said " we got nothin"
Fuck you and your up and up
Jesus, the dems have been so dishonest I can't even keep track. What about the unprecedented rebuke from the FISA court over the FBI knowingly withholding info about the unreliable source of the Steele dossier so they could get an illegal warrant to spy on a private citizen RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT!!!!
Focus, Tom.
That ship sailed.
This is the PC Reciprocity, arctic/polar class ice breaker with a nuke engine in the back, ready to ram it right up the shit rover that is Trump and drown everyone who drinking the brown koolaide.
Barr, Pence and others would not be turning on him if he was not toxic in every way.

@TomTraubert
You said, "Voters were told it Donald Trump would start World War III in the first hundred days but he’s the first president in my lifetime not to start a war..."
Exactly. Once you realize how much money there is in the business of war, you find our politicians being bribed and lobbied (same thing) by the military contractors, and find these companies paying to cause unrest in places all around the globe, you understand what this is about.
I didn't appreciate tens of thousands of my generation coming back blown up and all fucked up from Iraq and Afghanistan. And come to find out, Bin Laden used to be a CIA operative! Come on, people!
The bribed and encouraged bin Laden to attack us in a way we would react violently. Fighter jets? $30-50 million. Each. Tomohawk Cruise missiles? $2M each. Shoot one off? Needs to be replaced. Shoot 20 at an empty warehouse in the desert??? That's $40 million in new orders for Raytheon.
Trump was NEVER beholden to these companies. They are of little use to him. But they went after him with a vengance...can't have a peacemaker in the White House...war is way too valuable.

^RFK jr fan lol
Meanwhile shitcan is literally incoherent at this point
^ It's all the jiz at the back of his throat so what you just said is anti-gay!
Try to be more inclusive............and diverse...........and intersectional............
Trump will likely beat the FL case, possibly the GA case, maybe even the NY case
But, given that 98% of Washington is Dems
He would get convicted just from all the anger left over from beating Hilly in 2016
The NY case is a total joke. Florida too. The Georgia case is more troubling
The issue the prosecution has in Georgia is similar to the issue the defense has in DC. About half of voters in GA are Republican...it only take one on the jury to say "NO" and that's it, no conviction.
The DC case I think Trump is in trouble with a jury. However, it's not unlike the case Jack Smith trued to bring against former Virginia Governor Robert McDonnell. He got a conviction, only to see it unanimously overturned by the SCOTUS. The same could happen if Trump is convicted in DC.
dc ain't happening with 98 percent anti trump voters
judge has her own issues
as this case moves up the appeals chain it will be laughable it was brought in the first case...same as NY
"Biden can not do anything right, yet the stock market is up, jobs are being added inflation is down and and wages are up."
* Biden can not do anything right
FIFY
The sheer stupidity from both sides using general economic stats to justify any Pres doing a good or bad job............may be the dumbest thing since dumb was invented.
That having been said, Wrong Way FJB is a true POS
The documents case may be hardest to beat because he is captured on tape making incriminating statements. The Ga. Indictment may be very similar to the Jan 6 one with possible similar defenses.
Dammit! Why do they never take a mug shot of his guy so he looks like a common criminal?
They've had three chances so far! Oh well, a 4th opportunity is coming soon out of Georgia!
Happy birthday Barack
Hey Trumptards, good luck in that 2024 election.
Wonder what kind of cake his chef will bake. Oh wait he’s dead
^
Yeah Obumma just leveled up with Hillary who's renowned chef died in Summer of 2015 before she would destroy servers, smash Blackberrys, and eventually spy on Trump.
I wonder if big Mike is going to make a run in 2024 knowing Biden is soon to be burnt toast.
