One of things that I care about is that politicians get punished to help prevent future bad behavior. Trump must be prosecuted and receive severe punishment. If you concede that the documents case has strong evidence, then why would you or anyone support a president that compromises our national security the way he has? He should never be allowed to hold public office again, much less the Presidency, because he’s an obvious security risk and has incredibly poor judgment. But there is also plenty of evidence against him in the January 6 case for which he was just indicted and the Georgia case for which he will be indicted (we all heard the recording of the call with Raffensperger asking for 11,780 votes).
And to prevent further political corruption, Joe Biden needs to be prosecuted if there is concrete evidence against him. No one gets a pass and I have no loyalty to Biden whatsoever. However, Democrats do a much better job policing themselves than Republicans and that’s why there is such a huge disparity between the conviction rates between the parties (example: Al Franken was quickly forced to resign by the Democrats while Matt Gaetz only received support from Republicans).
Concerning racism, there is plenty of evidence of how racist this country. Of course I didn’t literally mean 50% of the population is racist, and I certainly didn’t mean all Trump supporters were racist. But if you’re racist, you’re more likely to be Republican than Democrat. You can even see that in these blogs.

Over 3 Republican administrations (Trump, Reagan, and Nixon), there have been 142 people indicted.
Over 3 Democrat administrations (Obama, Clinton, and Carter), there have been 2 indictments.
None were in Obama’s administration. Both Democrat indictments were in Clinton’s.
The Parties are not equally corrupt.

Your conclusion assumes that the justice system is politically unbiased, when it's entirely possible that those indictment rates show that the opposite is true. Are you going to try and claim that Trump's indictments aren't political? When everyone wears their bias on their sleeve?
