Weiss is the same guy who did NOTHING with that same case for 5 years and let the statute of limitations run out on certain charges. He's the same dufus that architected that sweet plea deal that would give Hunter blanket immunity from all future investigations that a judge shot down less than two weeks ago.
Garland couldn't have picked a more thourghly biased 'independent' investigator to obstruct Congressional oversight.

Evidence and testimony collected in any Congressional investigation is supposed to be archived and potentially available under subpoena. It is a crime to destroy such evidence.
This shows a mix of two things at least...
