You missed the biggest difference between Trump and Hillary: Trump was President and had the right to declassify documents and take them home under the President Records Act which supercededs the Federal Records Act. Neither Hillary or Joe Biden (as Veep and Senator) had the right to take documents home. And the Federal Records Act, recognizing the advent of mobile devices, extends beyond physical documents
Hillary knowingly set up a private fucking email server in her home, lied about it, and destroyed it under questioning. This was not a whoopsie you fucking moron. This what we would call "obstruction>"
Similarly, Joe Biden had no right to take documents home and his refusal to appear for question is obstruction.
Both are more guilty than Trump and given the overwhelming evidence of both being involved in shady dealings with the Russians it is far more troubling than what Trump did. The pics of his "hidden" documents which are stacked high in a span bathroom and not even hidden in the tub with the curtain drawn is a joke.

Biden and Hillary had the ability to view classified documents documents, obviously.
Trump as President had the ability to declassify classified documents, but he wasn’t president when he took the documents and he is literally recorded admitting that he does not have the authority to declassify the document he was showing someone who did not have the authority to view the document. (Linked).
Both Biden and Hillary did not obstruct justice by hiding what they did. Biden returned the documents he had in his possession and Hillary complied with FBI and DOJ requests. The classified information she has on her server was scrubbed (erased) and her phones were destroyed. She wasn’t tainting/destroying evidence. She carelessly had the information on her server and phones, but she did not do anything criminal.
Conversely, Trump lied to the DOJ on multiple occasions, hid the documents, stored them in a bathroom and ballroom of club open to the public and frequented by spies, asked his people to delete surveillance footage of them moving the documents so that the FBI wouldn’t find them, etc.
It is that obstruction that he’s being indicted for…there is no comparison to Biden and Hillary.

You do understand that sensitive and highly classified documents are supposed to be viewed in a SCIF, or Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility.
Neither Hilary or Joe was even supposed to have those documents outside of a scif. Let alone on a personal server.

He’s not being prosecuted because he possessed the documents. Had he returned them when they requested no one would have even known about the documents. It became an issue after they knew Trump was lying to them and kept the documents, that he asked his attorneys to lie that he returned everything he had, and when he asked that the surveillance footage be erased. That is obstruction. Hillary didn’t obstruct. That is the difference ans why she was never prosecuted.

I believe POTUS is the only one who can declassify documents without a long process that evaluates the document being declassified. So what?
1. Trump wasn’t President when he took the documents, so he had no authority to declassify the documents. I’m fact, Biden removed Trump’s ability to see classified documents after he was sworn in as President.
2. Trump admitted in a recording that he didn’t have the authority (because he was no longer President) to declassify the document he took
3. Trump claims he didn’t even know what was in the boxes he took, so how can he declassify things that he didn’t know needed to be kept secret? Nuclear codes? Military intel? Info on our spies and informants? Would you trust a loser like this with confidential information again?
4. He held those documents in a fucking bathroom and ballroom where Chinese spies have been caught during his administration. Wtf
5. There there is the mountain of evidence of obstruction that I’ve already outlined.
