Let's summaries what we know right now:
Bill Barr stated last week that Trump was warned by White House attorneys that if he did what he was planning on doing, including presenting fake electors, attempting to influence Secretaries of State to "find him" votes, the lying about the voting machines, etc., it would result in him being in LITIGATION FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE.
Federal prosecutors' win record is 99.6%; fewer than 0.04% of defendants are acquitted in Federal court.
Jack Smith's cases against Trump will almost certainly result in a conviction. Bill Barr already said that the documents case will also result in a conviction based on the evidence they have against Trump.
Fani Willis' Georgia case will also almost certainly result in a conviction because the other 18 defendants will scramble to rat out Trump.
Trump is already saying that he hates the United States and would rather live in France. He always says shit like this before he does things. He may never go to prison, but his punishment will make it clear that no politician can do what this guy did to this country.
Concerning 2024
The only way Trump may not face the consequences of his crimes is if he wins the presidency again, but he has a near ZERO chance of winning.
Even if most Republicans are dumb enough to vote for him, a good portion of Republican women will vote against him because of the abortion issue and few independents would vote for him. He's the most hated politician in the country as Nikki Haley stated during the debate.
The rest of the Republican field of candidates are essentially a joke. They have to fake like they support the criminal, and their positions on abortion make them unelectable with independents and liberals.

Republican-lead state legislatures have used the "stop the steal" bullshit to pass restrictive voting laws despite no consequential fraud in the 2020 election. Despite Republican trickery, voters in 14 out of 14 have voted to strike down strict anti-abortion laws.
People on all sides of the political spectrum are sick of being lied to by Republican politicians.
Moderate Republicans may poll in support of Trump/Republicans, but they will vote against him/them. And the thought of raising the voting age to 21 because the Republican Party is so hated by the youth in this country is never going to happen.
If you think this is merely a liberal's point of view, former Georgia Lt. Governor Geoff Duncan and Conservative retired federal judge J. Michael Luttig have called the Republican Party base âspinelessâ for its continued support of former President Donald Trump and has claimed that the GOP is destroying itself.
