Bill Barr, Trump’s attorney general/lapdog, said that he’s clearly guilty in the documents case if half of what is alleged is true. How can Trump be allowed near the country’s classified documents again? How can he perform his duties as president when he can’t be trusted with classified documents?
Bill Barr also said last week that Trump was warned by multiple attorneys, in and out of the White House, that he will be in litigation for THE REST OF HIS LIFE if he went through the fake elector scheme and attempted to steal the election.
The fact that he’s running again for President is insane. He’s merely trying to save his ass and it’s not going to work.

By the way, do you guys remember that Trump contested the results of the 2016 election despite winning? He forced Texas to recount the votes—a state he clearly won. That’s the real scheme.

Contesting the election results is obviously fine. A recount if the results are close is fine. Trump lost 61 of 62 lawsuits contesting the election and the Supreme Court refused to hear the case twice, and that’s with a conservative majority where Trump picked 3 of the Justices.
If he would have given up at that point there would have been no legal action against Trump. The fake electors, preventing the peaceful transfer of power, putting pressure on Secretaries of State to “find” votes, and the fomenting of a violent insurrection—is why he’s being prosecuted.
Bringing up Stacey Abrams shows you don’t know what the fuck is going on.

The classified documents case is pretty clear cut - DJT fucked up big time.
The Jan 6 case is iffy!
The Georgia case is not about free speech. Anyone has the right to declare that an election was rigged or stolen, there is nothing wrong with that.
The problem is when 2 or more people get together and conspire to take "action" that is clearly illegal AFTER realizing that their claims did not hold water with the courts. That is a conspiracy, and that is what a RICO case is going to try and prove.
Sound bites, by themselves, are meaningless. It is going to boil down to the emails, texts, and testimony of witnesses and co-conspirators (mostly of things we have not heard yet) as to when they knew that the election had been lost but continued to conspire to remain in the white house.
I think the election had some serious problems too - but I don't condone trying to overthrow the government!
So much more is going to be revealed as the case(s) go forward. We all just need to take a breath and be patient. But most importantly, we should at least try to have an open mind as to what the end results will be. If you are convinced that DJT is innocent despite all the evidence that will be presented (in the courts, not on TV or YouTube), then there will probably be no comfort to be found for you.

I would say organizing a set of fake electors across 7 states makes the January 6 and Georgia cases pretty much air tight. The emails, text messages, videos (including that of Roger Stone), Trump’s Twitter PMs, etc., will solidify that they conspired to take over the government.
There is no chance Trump wins in 2024. The GOP needs to get rid of him now if they have any shot of winning in 2024.
