The song is in Vietnamese. The singer is See Tinh. The song is called Hoàng Thùy Linh. The song is about love at first sight from the perspective of a young woman. it is also called the Ting Ting Tang Tang song.
At a Korean baseball game on May 21, 2023, the stadium played this song. Lee Da-Hye went into the dance routine. Lee Da-Hye kills it on this little routine. This moment was captured by several people and posted to Youtube.

japanese music is pretty big in japan/asia but like all things, picking up speed all over the world with youtube...i think the sprinkling of english words in the songs has helped the take-off of kpop and others following suit
