Trump doesn't need to campaign on anything related to J6th. Biden has given him far too much ammunition that real Americans can relate to.
I went through and read a number of news stories about the these guys... Most notably is that they are charged with "insurrection" using "force". The charges dont even use the term "deadly force" because none of them were armed.
The stories mention a guy broke a window here or there. The only compelling thing is that "it", what ever "it" was, was organized.
Dont get me wrong, it wasnt the right thing to do. But the FBI already had shown they would infiltrate these groups to organize events and behavior to set them up as became obvious and proven in the case of attempted kidnapping of Gov Gretchen Wittmer.
But again there was info days in advance of J6th that was withheld from DC police that shit could go south and Pelosi several times rejected National Guard presence against Trump's multiple suggestions. These are facts.
The 6th committee that Pelosi setup was a coverup for her incompetence. All of this shit was avoidable.

Basically the committee under Benny Thompson only turned over what it presented in its hearings. Which means it cherry picked what was delivered and the rest is assumed locked away with the Archives.

During the BLM protests, even the peaceful demonstrators were arrested because they were out past the curfew that was imposed in Los Angeles. Police would zip tie them and then intentionally cut their hands with box cutters when they cut the zip ties off. I remember the stories well.
Regardless, no one deserves a free pass if they break the law.

Dozens who were caught looting and causing damage were convicted and are serving time in prison. And these people didn’t attempt to overthrow our government.
