No, I moved i to an area where everything is walking distance. Market, Gym, Movie Theater, Bars etc.
No need to pay $800 a month to park a car in the driveway.

Hey, I believe in higher education, we definitely cannot afford to have a society of Idiots running around, but there's nothing wrong with doing your undergrad work / general ed at a community college before transferring to a University and finishing your upper division general ed and major work. And pay your fucking bills Millennials --- It's not okay to stiff people !!!

Colleges aren’t getting stuffed. That’s the scam. Tuition hyperinflation benefits universities and professors. The universities should be the ones making student loans and they can be the ones that get stiffed if they don’t get paid back. The government has no business in this business.

Universities would simply become more expensive than they already are. And colleges would simply not accept the risky students they do now. So significantly fewer people would get to go to college.
Universities can adjust and become further research oriented, if they are research schools to begin with. Universities can also expand their online education services, where costs are far less.

Too many profs on the tenure gravy train teaching mostly worthless liberal arts.
Not useless, just worthless.....companies don't wanna pay you for your degree in lesbian dance or Mesopotamian gourd making.
Finally, companies are also not requiring a college degree.
That's huge.
We need to lose about 3/4 of admin and maybe 1/2 of the college teacher base.
