How about getting a real job offer in NYC first and just doing your speculation/gambling/trading on the side? Who's going to rent you a place unless you have a verifiable source of income to start with? In addition, how much research have you done into the cost of living there? Last but not least, have you traveled out there on your own and spent some time there to see if you can deal with the weather, the people, etc? New York can be a huge culture shock if you have never experienced that type of environment before.
I can't say that I understand what's going in your mind here. I have made multiple career moves out of state in the past, but I made damn well sure I did my research before accepting an offer, packing up the U-Haul and moving out. OTOH, you're here asking a bunch of mongers and providers - very few who have likely ever BEEN to NYC, much less ever LIVED or WORKED there - advice on relocating to NYC. Either your deluded fantasies of being a gaijin pimp to JAV actresses have spun out of control, or you're a downright troll. I respectfully suggest you seek some serious professional help with your various and sundry issues here.

That is the Black-Scholes model (aka; Black-Scholes-Merton model). It is a differential equation used to to price options contracts.

I just find it somewhat incredible that someone with such an impressive win rate would not be intimately familiar with the industry standard formula for factoring in the intricate relationship between a stock option's volatility and time decay. You must have been very lucky with your trades - but more than luck is required to be successful as a trader of options in the long run.
You might be better off running for political office, then you can engage in unrestricted insider trading! Much safer than trading in options or even Forex. PLUS, you can hire a staff of Asian girls and have the government pay for it! Now that would be an impressive feat to pull off!

This is after provng my system superior after several months of standardized education. I was eligible graduate with a degree by the age of 15. I read at a 10th grade level by 7. Remember that Martha S. was INVESTIGATED for insider trading, but she was only convicted of 1) obstructing justice, and 2) lying to federal investigators. A lot of people get caught in that trap. It is usually the one's that think they are smarter than the investigators and try to talk their way out of it (DJT is a great the greatest example). Very seldom works, and almost always makes things worse! Not to mention that it is a felony conviction and will have lasting effects for the rest of one's life.
The one and only thing anyone should say when the investigators come knocking is "lawyer!"
The attached article is worth reading; it shows the incredibly bad decisions she made and the very expensive consequences. Of note is the fact that she could have simply waited until December 31 to make the trade and only lose $180,000 (not suspicious to do that as it is a common tax strategy). Instead, she has suffered a loss of her total business empire probably exceeding $100,000,000.
Greed + hubris = recipe for disaster [pun intended - Martha S., recipe]

Are you looking for people to give you money to invest on their behalf?
Are you trying to attract women, because I'm pretty sure you are alienating more of them than you are attracting.
Just wondering, but it is painfully obvious that you don't have much experience in blogging, especially here. Open forum blogs on HX are like stepping into a mine field surrounded by snipers while artillery is raining down upon you.
I think you would have a better experience by sitting back and just reading blogs for a couple of weeks. Then venture out and begin posting comments on existing blogs for a month or so (so long as you stay on topic). Then, and only then, should you even consider walking into that mine field with a target on your back by creating your own blog.
In regards to your obvious resume - unless you look really good wearing a short dress, heels, and makeup, this is not the place to be phishing for compliments.
