I'm thinking about going to Ibiza off the coast of Spain for my next trip. My friends in Europe all say it's a game changer as far as parties go. Got to wait for next summer tho. I've lost like three passports and I've been told they'll make me get a new one every year for fucking up. I went to Tulum in like 2014 so I'm good if I apply next year. At least I hope lol

FML. I got my passport in Cabo and then I used that to go to Croatia. I hope that doesn't count as a list one because I used an expired temporary one. Idk but wish me luck

That is exactly right Remo. The case was New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen in 2022.
It basically invalidates the 1988 law Hunter is being prosecuted under because there are no laws from the founding of the Republic in 1791 that can be looked at to validate a later statute accretion.
That is the logic of originalism. It is great for reinstating slavery. But does not work out so well when you want to convict a presidential son for violating a gun law which the Supreme Court has now ruled unconstitutional.

The way I understand the recent rolling says that just because your. a basehead doesn't strip you of your 2nd amendment rights. They just ruled on it this year if I'm not mistaken. Seems to me that the gun charge has to go as being a glass pipe packing fool doesn't restrict your rights to own a legal firearm. I think I can probably use this to restore my rightsππππ

I've never been convicted in the state of California. I would need to go to North Carolina and Ax to get them expunged. I don't really care as guns are not high on my priority list but I might just do it legally own one again. NC was 24 years ago and shouldn't be a problem. AZ was 12 years ago and I could see there being an issue with my having only been out for less than 7 years when I caught the second felony. I honestly don't really care but it would be cool to actually legally be shooting when I go to the gun range lol

I live in Porter Ranch so I usually go shooting at Oak Tree. They always have me fill out a paper saying I'm NOT a felon or on probation or parole. I just check no and blast away lol

With GOP lead started you can count on them to have a school shooting roughly monthly. They'll offer up thoughts and prayers but no concrete actions to actually address the issues. Gun violence is here to stay imo. There's not enough political will power on the Dems side to try to jam some commen sense solutions thru Congress and on the GOP side they've never met a gun that didn't belong out on the street.
