I think this one is going to go the way of the "Me Too" movement. Now that someone has come out and spilled the beans on DJT's propensity for divulging secrets, we can expect more people coming out of the woodwork making similar claims. Granted, some of them will be thin, if not transparent, but they will be damaging.
Of all DJT's legal problems, I always considered this one to be the most problematic. Even going on what information is available to the public, he doesn't stand a chance in hell of avoiding prosecution at some level.
He may not go to prison, but it will only be because he is a former president and the security considerations would be huge, and impractical.
Ex-presidents continue to get security briefings, but I'll bet his is already a watered down version of the one that Carter, Clinton, Bush, and Obama get. That alone should tell you of what the intelligence professionals think about DJT's aggrandizing and inability to keep a secret. After this latest revelation (or, to be fair, accusation), they may find a way to just throw him out of that club altogether and keep him in the dark.
Still want to know what DJT and Putin talked about when absolutely no one else, even translators, was in the room - at least twice (and a third time if you count Putin sending his Foreign Minister to see Trump for no apparent reason). Inquiring minds want to know! Why would he do that? It sure does tickle that part of my brain that deals with speculation and suspicion.

OK so Biden had a garage full of documents and the Penn Biden center had shitloads of documents in "Chinatown" and Biden RECEIVED money from foreign adversaries... for what.

I think we are trying to keep the conversation a little less chaotic by talking about the sins and crimes of only one person. Maybe we should evaluate each person on their own merits (or lack thereof).
If we are constantly going to confuse the conversation by adding other people's sins and crimes then we are guaranteed to just keep going around in circles. And circular arguments are the most boring type.
EVERY case of EVERY individual is different. Sometimes the differences are glaring, other times they may not be so obvious. In all of these cases there are a ton of minutia that add up to determine how each individual case will be handled. I am not discounting that some political biases are being played out, but it seems especially specious that this same excuse is used every time a new disparaging fact about DJT is revealed. If that is the only excuse there is for DJT's actions then he is truly doomed, because I'm pretty certain that if the names Biden or Clinton are even mentioned during ANY of these trials the judge will shut it down immediately, if not just say STFU!

I would love to hear you opinion on why you think DJT should be president again despite all of the damning information that has come out about him, but only if you can do it without mentioning Biden or HRC. The "Convo" was allegedly told to one person. He in turn told I believe 45 people what trump told him. D.C. and Florida, plus Georgia, are all licks so far as the evidence goes. Could there be a MAGA diehard on the jury to hang it? Of course that's a possibility. But as far as the evidence goes, as far as has been alleged in the indictments, all three cases are slam dunks. The civil trial in NY is already over but the amount of fines and whether he can ever run another business in NY again. I would guess not based on the finding of the judge to this point and especially after Trump has been zealous in personally attacking him. I expect the judge to ban Trump and his kids from ever running a business in NY again. As well as liquidating his current assets
