omg omg
last big FLIP worked out like this btw
"I don't recall" ....draws a blank on dozens of questions
going nowhere fast
ISOS
So are you seriously claiming that the case against Trump in Georgia is not going anywhere?
Sidney Powell was a loon. Trump himself called her crazy. She'll lose her probation and will go to prison if she doesn't testify. That's motivation enough to not bullshit the prosecutors and court.
She'll end up releasing the the Kraken....on Trump and his co-conspirators. đ
This was absolutely predictable. That is why prosecutors charge a multiple of people involved with an investigation, someone almost ALWAYS flips.
When there are 19 defendants involved there will only be 18 chairs at the immunity table. No one wants to be caught without a chair when the music stops!
she is definitely a LOON. didn't always seem that way with her
as always...lets SEE what happens
my take --- it will end up a zero for trumpy...when it goes thru the appeals process
she made a great call...6months probation, cuts the costs before it BK's her
that didn't really happen with the cfo...but i guess he went to prison
must be one of those GLEEFUL days again
you people are silly
let's see what she does and what kinda finger prints trumpy has on this thing.
probably NO way they make their hopeful time schedule on a trial and very TELLING that she is trying.
The most telling part of her flip is that she is not some low level person like one of the "alternate" electors, she has/had first-hand knowledge and conversations with DJT. And, as an attorney, I'm fairly confident that she looked at the overall chances of beating the charges and found it to be not very good. Therefore, might as well be one of the first ones to strike a good deal.
When the ship starts to sink, the smartest rats are the first ones to jump! The dumb ones, the ones holding out for hope, are the ones that drown!
Now for the impending irony; DJT and his attorney's have raised a big stink about the limited gag order. Now they will be faced with the unpleasant task of actually asking for a gag order against Powell so that she cannot go on Good Morning America and tell the real story before the trial and/or 2024 election. Being a witness for the prosecution, she may be prohibited from doing that anyway.
Not withstanding DJT's innocence or guilt, we are witnessing a masterful chess game by the prosecution.
Pretty clear at this point that there is a very good chance that DJT will end up being convicted of a felony of some sort. His best chances will be on appeal.
And before anyone else calls her a "loon" or a traitor, just ask yourself: what is her motivation at this point; is it to tell a lie, or is it to tell the truth? And if it is the truth, why does that make her a "loon" or a traitor?
i didn't say LOON due to her flipping
she was acting loony at the end stages of whatever she was doing...very noticeable in the interviews...few years ago...time is frigging flying
we know how it all works. the flip side? she might know how to get away with saying she doesn't recall....like the CFO just did
so let's see how it plays out.
appeals for every one of these cases...that's his only hope. NYC, atlanta and DC....what were the vote totals in those places again? but probably shouldn't matter
She already told the prosecution what she knows and what she's willing to testify to. If the information wasn't valuable, they wouldn't cut a deal with her.
Trump is shitting his pants right now, and not because he's nearly 80 and incontinent.
well...i guess your lil pockets will be getting heavier
it ain't happening like you think it's going to happen...but we can be patient...try not to leak in your underwear with the happy giggling
This whole thing will end with a whimper.
Will DJT get convicted? Probably (unless he can get a MAGA fanatic on each jury).
Will it affect the 2024 election? No doubt.
Will DJT win the 2024 election? Not a chance!
Will DJT win any of his convictions on appeal? Maybe, but it will be too late by then and we will have a new president (hopefully). And at that point, no one will really care about the appeal wins, or about DJT, especially if the new president is a Republican.
No, Trump needs to suffer consequences for his actions.
Otherwise, another traitorous lunatic will attempt to overturn the legitimate results of an election. His punishment will act to fortify our democracy by acting as a deterrent.
So then EVERYBODY who breaks the law should pay an appropriate price, yes?
How about Charles Littlejohn?
Proven to have stolen the IRS records of thousands of taxpayers data and transmitting it to Pro Publica and the New York Times.....who promptly published it, including FDT's.
Each instance of theft is subject to one count, they could've charged him with thousands of counts 5 years in prison per count. What did FJB's DOJ charge him with? 1 count, 5 years max possibly as little as 8 - 14 months in prison.
Commentary from the NYT in court was that, by releasing these VERY private records......they did a public service. No doubt, ProPublica (infamous printer of SCOTUS drive-by shootings) would say the same.
You find nothing wrong with FJB's DOJ giving this little cunt millenial a pass after he did their political dirty work?
All I ask is that the laws be applied equally to both sides.
That is not and has not been happening for quite some time now.
Goebbels
I donât know anything about the case you brought up and I donât care because my belief is that everyone should be treated equally under the law.
Despite all that has gone very badly for Trump lately, heâs still being afforded every consideration for a guy who has threatened witnesses, prosecutors and judges. He should be in jail right now awaiting trial.
I'll take a large pepperoni, thin crust, extra sauce, extra cheese.
everyone should be treated equally under the law
stop it
I predict Droolianni will be the next to fall. If he goes to Rikers, he will most certainly be hit by the many he prosecuted.
Another difference mini has fallen. Chesbro just took a plea deal.
Trump is FUCKED.
WowâŚanother âdominoâ has fallen.
Rudy may be next! Then all of the low level people will be hung out to dry because they won't be able to add anything of substance above and beyond what 3 attorneys will testify to. Any plea deals offered to them will only be in consideration of not having to go to trial, not for them providing information that would be redundant anyway.
The attorney/client privilege doctrine will be severely tested!
holy shit you two
^ I am not advocating for a finding of guilt or innocence. I just think it is fascinating to watch the legal maneuvering that goes on. I don't really care about DJT anymore. I'm over it. But his legal troubles make for good entertainment and TV, much better than the "Apprentice" This is going to be more like "Survivor"
I am more of a legal pundit than I am a political one! Just always found it interesting.
Add to that the failure of Jim Jordan trying to become speaker with Trumpâs endorsement, Iâm pretty sure that this is the beginning of the end of MAGA movement.
Finally, we may get some normalcy in this country. Itâs been 7 years of complete political stupidity.
Thanks Pete.
Fuck Trump, MA
Maybe you should be paying attention to other things going on in the world, too.
FDT will wear his indictments/convictions like a badge of courage/stupidity and it won't matter to anybody since he's running against another LOSER.
This asshole releases THOUSANDS of IRS tax returns and records thru ProPublica/NYT and FJB's DOJ charges him with ONE count...........ONE FUCKING COUNT.
REASON why is this guy did their dirty work for them and they're loving it.
YET, it's a nothing burger to you short bus folks.
Sounds about right.........
Reps are stupider than fuck, can't get a Speaker, can't get a decent Pres candidate, can't find their ass with both hands and their tongues. Fucking losers.......
And, the Dems keep voting for Hakeem
You expected Dems to vote for Jordon? Are you insane? Voting for Jeffries is standard practice when youâre the party that doesnât have the majority in the house.
I donât need to follow every bullshit thing everyone does politically. There may be reasons why things go down the way they do that isnât nearly as nefarious as you make it out to be. Or maybe youâre just stirring shit as you always do.
Assuming that Biden is the loser you claim him to be, heâs still not traitor. So there is no choice here.
Naw, short bus.
Nobody likes Jordan.
They could've just kept the devil they know by voting for McCarthy in the first go around.......as Pelosi PROMISED him she would. That twat didn't even have the good graces to show up and vote for Hakeem.
AND, oh yeah.........FJB is most definitely a traitor..........just in a different more insidious way than Fat Orange. He was VP during the Obama admin and he knew all about the Russian collusion bullshit that Obama/Clinton/DNC put this country thru for 3 years by weaponizing Federal bureaucracies to make political choices. Now, funny thing is, that one blew up in their faces and they got fucked when Fat Orange got elected.
But, they are NO less traitors for having the FBI/DOJ doing their dirty work.............same as they just did in the Littlejohn case.
You're a partisan and an ideologue, it's that simple.
You couldn't give a shit less about this country or you wouldn't give YOUR assholes a pass anymore than you'd give FDT a pass.
But you do and that's that.
But what do I know.............I'm twisted, right?
Twisted Sister.
I think the real heat is on Guillani at the moment. He's broke AF. Is about to owe millions to the two election workers he defamed. Already had both his attorneys quit because he owes them millions. Just had a 500k lien slapped on his Florida property by the IRS and trump isn't going to give him shit for his defense. The two lawyers that flipped most likely have the receipts on him, if not trump himself, and now that they've pled are going to rar him out he's cooked. He's the one most dangerous to trump as a co-operater. He was his personal attorney through the entire thing. He KNOWS where all the bodies are buried. He flips and it's game over for trump
Where were you on the other blog?
Somebody just paid in Butz-coin for some dick pics
You want in?
Giuliani needs to sell his story to a tabloid for a couple mil, before he flips.
He may soon be unhoused, lol.
I have spent 7.5 years of my adult life in prison and wouldn't change lives with that guy right now lol
Kinda doubt anybody wants to butt sex Rudy, at his age.
How'd that work out for you?
Just wondering in a casual off-hand sorta way, no deets please.
Goebbels
We both know that youâre twisted. And that thereâs a special parking spot large enough to accommodate the short bus thatâs constantly picking you up in front of your house.
Iâm not a partisan ideologue. I donât agree with every liberal position. And I may be one of the only people in these blogs that will criticize the party I most closely identify with lately when theyâre clearly wrong. But when Republicans are batshit crazy pieces of traitorous shit, itâs difficult not to call them out on every untoward thing they do.
Biden is no where near as bad as Trump on every fucking level and you know it.
Some of the information you provide in your posts has been interesting, but it would be nice if you could be more honest (and not so twisted) rather than constantly playing the disingenuous clown in these blogs.
No butt sex. Several years of pure boredom and longing for home and all that entails. Long story short was probably the best thing for my emotional growth in the long run. I was truly on an evil path the first 5 year bid and the second 2.5 I was just relying on my previous life. Was lucky enough to have a mini me during the second stint. Changed my life for the better
Iâm not a partisan ideologue
stop it
if by chance you swing the other way on a few things...the FIX you would have in mind is a liberal fix...which in most all cases is not a fix. like the recent lil capitulation on the wall. 20feet, 20miles?
ISOS
When was the last time you strayed from toeing the party line? Never.
At least I admit when they are wrong. And I donât agree with every issue or position that is pushed by a party.
never
really? that means not even one time
you wanna think about that for a minute
on TRUMP indicktments...i am 100 percent against the shit...yes. and you are 100 percent for them
so we know that between the two of us...you're a giddy lil one with this is it...we got him every two seconds. i am a wait-and-see, we've been here before and each time it's NADA.
so I'm just 100 percent MAGA on the forehead on every single thing?
I thought he was a repulsive piece of shit from day one of his presidency, but I gave him chances to redeem himself and he continuously failed to do so. For example, I was hoping he could negotiate with Kim Jong Un and supported him initially until it was clear that he got nothing out of it.
And please. Tell me where you deviate from Republican talking points.
If you have to pigeonhole me, Iâm probably a 1980s conservative. Fiscally conservative and socially liberal. I donât agree with nearly everything progressives fight for. And I donât agree with almost everything the far right fights for. The extremes have fucked up this countryâs politics.
ISOS
Actually, I know that youâve always been a supporter of funding Ukraine to defend itself against Russia. But thatâs a traditional Republican standpoint. If you notice, Dems are almost exclusively supporting that position along with Republican centrists. Thatâs the point. The MAGA movement must die for this country to get back to normal.
Five years in prison is not getting a pass. If he had been prosecuted for more infractions and received concurrent sentences he would have gotten the same sentence after spending a lot more resources on prosecution.
The House democrats are unified in their support of Hakeem Jeffries as is traditional for minority parties. The House republicans are so busy fighting each other they canât get it together to fight the democrats.
80's repub my ass
too funny
"Five years in prison is not getting a pass. If he had been prosecuted for more infractions and received concurrent sentences he would have gotten the same sentence after spending a lot more resources on prosecution."
LOL, another apologist for the administrative state and the Biden DOJ.
If we had bacon, we could have bacon and eggs...........if we had eggs.
He won't be getting 5 years unless the judge shows some balls and smacks him for the egregious acts...............thousands of them. They had him dead to rights, proof that he did it.....no question about it and they pled him down from thousands of counts to................ONE. 8 - 14 months and when he gets out, he'll have a guaranteed job at..............the DOJ.
Probably not too concerning to you since if he'd released your tax return, EITC is your only claim.
By the way, did you get taxed on your EBT?
If so, they screwed you and you should make a claim on that.
You would be shocked and amazed if you saw my tax return.
