I think that in some places, like we're seeing, there are plenty of reasons why they hate each other.
And they keep giving each other more.

When people struggle financially due to politicians and their stupid policies that are driving prices up when they don’t have to be causes a lot of hate. People can only deal with that shit for so long before they finally get tired and start attacking others…

Life is mostly perception and you can change your perception.

Although there are those who would like to discount Russian meddling in our politics and in the world, there are certain unquestionable facts.
Russia is our sworn enemy and will do everything it can to weaken democracies and support its own political goal of reconstituting the Soviet Union.
Russia can't compete with the U.S. when it comes to our economic and military strength.
Russia spends at least $100 million a year on hateful social media to foster hatred on BOTH SIDES of the political spectrum in the U.S. They want liberals to hate conservatives, and conservatives to hate liberals. This also fosters domestic terrorism and wastes American funding of programs to stem domestic radicals.
By fostering hate, Russia is able to able to distract us and redirect our funding to stem hate here.
Russia is also suspected of funding and supporting the Hamas attack in Israel with Iran. Any distraction in the Middle East will allow them to attack more freely in Ukraine and the rest of the world.
Funding a war in the Middle East will also diminish our ability to fund Ukraine's defense of Russia's advances there.
Russia is also hacking into our energy grid, corporate computers, etc., causing billions in cyber security issues which is an additional distraction.

So how do we deal with all of this hate that is being pushed onto us all the time?
PUT THINGS INTO PERSPECTIVE
Put things into perspective. Sure, things may be shitty now, but at least we are not living in an active war. And you're still healthy when there are people who are sick...who don't have enough to eat...who don't have a place to live and are displaced.
You probably have it better than 95% of humanity but just being in this country. The homeless in this country live like kings compared to the homeless in India. Just put things into perspective.
AVOID SOCIAL MEDIA
Lastly, limit your time on social media. Besides the hateful things that are often posted, those who you follow only post positive things about themselves. They don't post their struggles, their defeats and failures. You only see the good and almost never the bad, so your perception of everyone else is that they are doing much better than you because you're dealing with reality (the good and the bad).
Social media has been proven to cause more depression and emotional strife. Limit your time on it and you'll be much happier.

The beheading of babies has been dispelled. The babies that have been shot were likely collateral damage rather intentional killings. It would be stupid for anyone to kill babies as it would be used to justify severe retribution.
I also believe the raping of women during the initial attack has also been dispelled. I'm a pretty horny guy, but who has the time or desire to fuck while shots are being fired?
It was just stupid inflammatory propaganda from Israel as a cover for the civilian casualties that are being experienced in Gaza.
Here's some other facts:
Palestines have been terrorized and marginalized by Israel over the past 70 years, as Israel steals their land by slowly squeezing them into a smaller and tightly controlled space. So it is a fact that Palestines have been systematically mistreated and many Jews acknowledge that.
On the flip side, Hamas' attack and kidnapping was horrible and needs to be met with a proportional response. Hamas knew the Palestines would suffer in Gaza, and they have.
You can't conflate Muslim terrorists with the Palestine civilian population that is being killed, starved, and made to suffer.
Israel's goal is to push the Palestines into Egypt and never let them back into Israel. That is why Egypt isn't opening its border to the Palestines.
Personally, I have no Muslim friends but I have many, many Jews as friends. That doesn't mean I can't empathize with both parties in this fight. I don't trust the Muslim religion that breeds hatred of non-Muslims in its small subset of fanatics (not all Muslims are bad, of course). But I also don't trust Israelis (not Jews) who have been even more aggressive and brutal against Palestinian civilians in Gaza and in the West Bank that doesn't even have Hamas.
About 20 years ago I was watching TV in Japan and the brutality of Israel bulldozing entire Palestinian communities was in stark contrast to what is shown on the news in this country.
