What me to lie or to tell you the honest true may be brutal and painful but enlightening. In the mean time all I can say is; before setting you visit go into detail with provider, ask specific questions pertaining to your visit if the other end of the bargain is not met to your satisfaction at the end of your visit discuss what your provider could've done more to fulfill your reasonable expectations and if they were not, is a partial refund available. That's what I usually do to some new clients it all depends the scenario. I can issue a partial refund when the client have exceed his time and I know he is satisfied but if the session end half way or for other reason then I will try my best to find out why. And trust me that goes a long way for both the provider as well as the client
