Good morning!

So yesterday it said I needed more space on my albums so I bought multiple options for storage

I only have 21 photos in my album but it’s saying I can’t even upload a photo because o have -65566778 bites of storage .

Someone help please lol.

Is it a glitch or am I doing something wrong.

I even deleted photos then uploaded a new one and it says I have no storage space

Any suggestions ?

most likely you need to resize your photos, it's easier to resize on a computer, it just takes a little time + buy or ask for free points to add space to your albums

That’s the thing I already added space twice and didn’t add any other photos and it’s still saying I have no space. By the photo resize makes sense.

I’m going to try that. Thank you

Until then mine as well share some photos right … lol

If im taking them on my phone the process i have is emailing them to myself in Medium, not actual size and then take it to the preview on laptop and resize them to 70-80% depending on the photo. That should free up a ton of space and your photos will load a lot faster.

If you have issues resizing them I can help you. I can run them through photoshop and take out a lot of data that is not needed.
