Actually, I do not believe they committed a Florida crime, since they resided in Florida and voted in a Florida election. No crime there. The crime was committed by voting in the state where they previously resided and currently do NOT reside, so that state is the one where the crime was committed and should have been pursued.

Man boob is the main reason that abortion should always be legal. I wonder if he still has a clothes hanger sticking out of ear

Damn. Sometimes it’s so funny so see how the radicals just take a topic and watch them spiral out of control. It’s like watching a dog chase it’s own tail. What is mildly amusing is the childish name calling that they do oh so well. But hey, if it’s good enough for 45, it’s good for his flock.

"...after election officials held a presentation on voting rights for inmates of the county jail in Gainesville, Florida."
Gainesville voting demographics is about 2/3s Democrat 1/3 Republican. It wouldn't surprise me that direction and instruction from that board would have been skewed left and was responsible for this man's error in judgement. Here's an idea that doesn't help the young man at all.... fire the person who provided the "misinformation" and kick em off social media as well .... misinformation has dangerous consequences and we can't have our citizenry led astray just to drive voter turnout. Hell maybe they should be forces to serve his time...Im all for that!!
I'm not saying it's fair or right what happened to him ... but those voting in 2 states definitely broke the law and should be prosecuted and probably were in the state that they moved from... I don't know and the story didn't seem to even investigate that possibility.

".I wonder if any NY libs voted in both places hmmmm...."
This is why they want to allow people to vote in any district with no voter ID.
They want to be able fill up bus loads of people and drive around to have them vote in every polling place in multiple counties night after night.
But when you make laws that try to limit vote windows, no drop boxes, require voter ID, and limit mail in with required signature verification...
YOUR A RACIST !

"YOUR A RACIST !"
I've heard that but my Mixed raced nieces and nephews of Hispanic, Black, and Pacific Islander descent seem to think I'm alright for a white guy..... its that panhandler in Balboa Park that is spreading viscious rumors about my perceived racism because I never carry cash when walking around anywhere near downtown.... I thought that was just smart.... but that's probably racist as well. 🙄

I'm confused, the article seems to show that Desantis wanted harsh punishment tor voter fraud.
"show no mercy for voter fraud" about the guy being jailed.
Yet OP indicates otherwise???
Did I miss something?
Hmmm, Republicans standing firm on voter fraud.
DNC platform, allow fellons & illigal immigrants voting rights.
"vote early and vote often" is VERY much associated with the democrats and a nod and a wink to voter fraud.
typcial.
