"If they weren't sold then they were stole.
Either way where did the contents end up. And in who's hand are they in. Do you really feel safe?
Narrative or not. Where are they..."
Apparently right now they are scattered across an insecure room that someone who is not part of the investigation but has access to the room can find out what these super secret documents contain and then run off to WAPO and tell us a bunch of assertions of what could be in there but not exactly is in there ... so you and others can make up even more shit about selling nuclear secrets to Satan.
That is where they are at.

Thank uuuuu 1&dum.
I got the answer I was looking for. The retarded one anyway?
Hey, if the glove doesn't fit.....you must acquit.

Will it reach SCOTUS?

Donald Trump told staff he needed to protect 'Russiagate' docs
|
|
So we must believe Trump carried out folders of secret documents from the White House?
What is this, the 1920s?
After all he could have copy them, scan them, take pictures.
Yeah, yeah, I know, he is dumb, ignorant and evil and can't use those equipment.
|
|
The judge that granted the special master turns out to be some hack that the Federalist Society picked for Trump. Barely enough experience to pass as a lawyer yet was granted a lifetime tenure as a judge.
The legal consensus, on both sides of spectrum, is that the hack judge was out of line and looks to be a quick smack in the ass in appeals.
Even Trump lap dog former AG William Barr believes the decision was wrong.
|
|
The only reason I can see for not wanting an independent special master is so they can commit crimes with no oversight.
|

Seymore
You do know who they were talking about with the glove reference. He was guilty.

^ BINGO.
This raid is a wild abuse of power and so far there is no clear indication anything but declassified documents and some empty folders marked classified exist.
Aside from that they pulled all kinds of private info and raided Barron and Melania's stuff.
The search warrant and affidavit are bullshit. It's happened before, it's happening here, it will happen again.
The Florida judge directly linked Biden's involvement to this investigation with her special master directive. Biden is all over this thing despite his lies saying he isnt involved.
|
|
Well, there goes jackrabbit showing off how little he understands that someOf the top secret files could not be declassified by the Piece of Shit/Orange Bad man without compromising agents in the field or other intelligence tools the IS government uses.
Do you understand the word “intelligence”, even though it has never ever applied to you, jackrabbit?
If it was declassified why hide it and resist giving it back?
Why say it was planted?
Why deny it was even there at all?
Trump is worse than a crack ho. Because he is using this to sell or further his standing while OTHERS are getting fucked.
|
|
You are too stupid, Jack.
The Florida judge is a Trump appointee.
Appointing the “special master” is in favor of Trump, as it stops the investigation until the master is selected and goes through contents
Trump requested the master, Judge Cannon approved it.
The approval of a master judgement is so wrong and so pro Trump that even Rhinos are against it and say the DOJ should challenge (they did) and stick the ruling up Judge Cannon’s ass.
And you are opposed to her?
See, this is why Trumptards gotta be Trumptards. Sabotaging themselves is second nature.
|
|
You are too stupid shitcan
This is exactly the kind of situation where a special master is appointed. This is what a special master does.
The FBI took waaay too much stuff outside of the scope of the "investigation". Clearly shit needs to be returned.
|

"Even RINO's are against it..."
Yeah dumbass.. that's why they are call Republicans in name only.
Jeeese

|
gloom...why the NEED to lie?
figure it out...you either don't know or you DO and think you can get it thru
|
|
The Special Master was requested to stall the process.
There is valid reason for the request than other than stall the investigation process for months or even years.
|
|
* there is no valid reason ^^

After reading the linked article from politifact (not exactly a right biased organization at all) , I don't see how it can be construed by any lay person that dude broke any laws... very high paid legal scholars and judges sure ... but none of you dumbfucks no matter how many security cameras you have installed.
So as usual ... fuck off and wait for the chips to fall.

Best popcorn I've ever had, don't stop
Btw, if the special master is not cleared for this intelligence level
Do they have to kill him after he looks at the docs and decides?
I would definitely decline this assignment, sounds like it could be your last job.........ever.
Barr did come out against it and it does raise some interesting legal issues.
Let's see how it plays out.
Pass the butter!

His personal records should have been returned already. It's just more BS.

DOJ did appear to take items unrelated to any national security concerns
Makes them look petty and divisive, pretty stupid
But, DJT is his own worst enemy
Being the PT Barnum of the 21st century
I'm sure his thinking is "any news is good news" to keep my face in the paper
And the Progs love him, lol
Shit, DJT is the Democrat party's MVP
He's more important as a foil than Biden is as a candidate
They love him so much that they're PAYING millions to advertise his MAGA candidates
How thoughtful and kind
You must admit, they have so much more integrity than those evil Reps, right?
|
|
DJT is the Democrats Voodoo doll which distracts their base from the reality of policy failure.
Just stick a few pins in and the natives jump and dance.

What's funny, the MSM ratings really haven't experienced the bump Like,
Trump, The early years. .
|
|
Did you get your popcorn?
Trump didn't make copies or digital scans and sell them after a year?
The hate for Trump makes people so gullible.
Those from the party of science are pretty dumb (can't even pay for all the science they learn).
They are easily programmed by the media.
BTW Here is the war in Ukraine where your Billions $ are being launder.
|
|
The hate for trump is well earned.
|
|
And speaking of hate for a criminal caught in the act, Trump has just boarded a plane to go to New Jersey to spend the summer in Bedminster. And he has a lot of files boxes delivered by aides with him.
New Jersey police are at the airport waiting for the plane to arrive.
|
|
Will your mom ever give you back your detachable weiner?
|
|
I bet he has a bunch of boxes filled with pictures of Hunter bangin Ho's and playing with his glass pipe.
Maybe a few pictures of Joe falling of a bike.
|
|
My mom blessed me with a big natural wiener, unlike yours Frank.
May I borrow one of your detachable penises?
You seem to have quite a few.
Just take one out of your ass, wash it off real good (don’t lick it or deep throat it). Leave it at the local immigrant center and I will send it to Trump for his autograph for you.

"DOJ did appear to take items unrelated to any national security concerns
Makes them look petty and divisive, pretty stupid"
The rules for gathering evidence are pretty clear - if one item of evidentiary value is found in a box, they take the entire box and sort it out later.
Say for instance that the box contained only one classified document, and the entire rest of the box was filled with Melania's stuff. If they find ANY letter, note, receipt, etc. in that box with a date on it that is beyond the date that the box was more than likely packed (01JAN21 - moving day at the White House) then it is reasonably assumed that Melania (or one of her assistants) had been in that box AFTER 01JAN21. Ergo, that person MAY have had access (or at least the opportunity for access) to that classified document as well. If that box was in the pool house, then that person, (potentially) without a security clearance, had obviously been in there as well, which means they also had access to EVERY box in the pool house and ALL of the classified files that were in those boxes, even the SCI (the top tier).
Granted, this is searching for the tiniest of bread crumbs, but when it comes to classified materials, they will look for, and find, those tiny crumbs which will lead to more questions. Murder cases have been solved with information similar to this, and leaks (or even possible leaks) of classified information are treated the same way. No stone will be left unturned! And the FBI connects the dots better than most.

^ makes up bullshit to fit narrative...
Fourth Amendment
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and PARTICULARLY DESCRIBING THE PLACE TO BE SEARCHED, AND THE PERSONS OR THINGS TO BE SEIZED.
That means you have to cite probable cause, what your looking for, and where it is.
|
|
Well we would need to see the actual affidavit is support of the search warrant to determine if they overstepped the powers that were granted to them. But rest assured that the mere hint of improperly possessed classified materials is going to result in the granting of a pretty wide search. You may not like it, and you may think that 'unreasonable' gives you some sort of carte blanche protection, but that is why we have judges make those decision. Obviously, the judge thought that it was 'reasonable' or he never would have signed off on it.
So in essence, your definition of 'unreasonable', which in itself is a subjective term, doesn't match what the judge thought was unreasonable. So basically, your interpretation doesn't mean anything. If you think that you know better than presiding judges, then maybe you should go back to school and get a law degree so you can hopefully become a judge someday and do something about it instead of complaining.

B00Bs

"Obviously, the judge thought that it was 'reasonable' or he never would have signed off on it."
So a reasonable person would ask themselves if the information in the supporting affidavits contains information that would compromise their ability to further a case OR is there so little to substantiate their probable cause that it needs to be kept secret... hence going to this magistrate versus a Judge who isn't all over social media blasting the target of the the warrant.
But know it's take a side with little to know information and fuck everyone who disagrees. All of you are a trial lawyers wet dream presumptuous and the opposite of inquisitive. If you question what and how things are presented and seek more information you are harder to persuade. Cus it isn't about truth it's about winning.
|
|
"OR is there so little to substantiate their probable cause that it needs to be kept secret..."
And when the DOJ has to show the affidavit it's heavily redacted.
Board search warrant, not much transparency with affidavit, and no desire by the DOJ to allow a special master.
🤔

*broad search

|
I'm sure that if this actually goes to trial that the affidavit and everything else leading up to the indictment will be made available to the defense attorneys. They can bitch and complain all they want, and there is even a remote chance that they sill succeed and get the case thrown out (doubtful though). But basically everything you said is true! Welcome to the real world! Deal with it - or suffer it's ravages!

You would probably like the legal system in India. I just saw a program where someone who is arrested can actually admit to a crime and the police cannot use it against him, even in court, unless they come up with some other evidence to convict him on. Sounds like a wonderful place - for criminals!
|
|
Also India, EVERYONE has a voter card!

If you are talking to me ... ohh well .... go you... no matter how wrong you are.

corpus delicti
Corpus delicti is a common law Latin phrase that translates to “body of the crime.” The phrase generally refers to the principle that no one should be convicted of a crime without sufficient evidence that the crime actually occurred. The rule began in part to prevent the government from punishing individuals for a crime solely based on their confession, which in many cases were false and driven by coercion.
Remember, the British controlled India (The Raj) from 1858-1947 and introduced british common law to India just as it had in the American colonies. After India's independence in 1947, various legal commissions were formed to codify a new body of Indian law, in which they adopted many common law concepts including "corpus delicti." The United States also observes this principle.

It was a Netflix documentary called "Indian Predator". After watching it I realized why they can't stop the telemarketing call centers there!

Actually too bizarre to be true!

=======================
Honestly that is a good policy. Police trick people into confessing crimes that they did not commit all the time.
And there are wack jobs that confess to crimes that they have nothing to do with. Like that pervert that confessed to killing JonBenet Ramsey.

Are they still crying Trump was selling 2 year old nuclear codes? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I wonder if they’ve learned yet that they change everyday. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
|
|
On a lighter note: Trump missed a perfect opportunity to obfuscate the whole classified information thing to his advantage. All he had to do is also take one file on UFO's and say that he thought the public had a right to know and EVERYONE would have forgiven him! All the rest of the classified information would have been lost in the ensuing chaos!

Wait, I said boobs and all of you showed up. I mean boobs, not the boobs who constantly post here about stupid s*** that nobody really cares about. But then again I could be wrong
