Click on the Subscriptions button. It will pop up all the 'recent' items for those who you subscribe.
You can then 'unsubscribe' to each one you want to delete.

If the lady has left Hx, and you delete the subscription, her old profile will leave your NOTES icon area, and all of your notes will be gone forever.

I have not found a way to delete more than one at a time, so I gave up.

What's this about the notes being gone forever?
I have notes on gentlemen that are no longer valid users & I don't or never have subscribed to them....
Is it different for the men, or am I confused on what TAE said

I can confirm that you can remove your subscription to someone who's account is listed as "(inactive)" and your notes on them remain intact.
That said, in answer to the original question of how to unsubscribe from multiple people at once, I am not aware of a way to do this. If you want to do this for a ton of subscriptions, it will be labor intensive.
I would suggest doing it from the main Subscriptions>User Subscriptions page because it will only load 50 at a time. When you go to Subscriptions > All User Subscriptions it will take forever to load the page and then as you click to Unsubscribe people, it will take a few seconds to refresh the page each time. Or much longer than a few seconds if you have thousands of subscriptions.
Regarding Notes, if you already have a note on an account, when you go to Your Notes you can scroll down to their name and edit/add additional notes, such as their current handle, and click on Save to the right. This works even if the note you are updating is for an inactive account.
