I just watched a Faux News interview with DT45 by Sean Hannity where the OrangeMan said that a president can "declassify top secret documents by saying he is declassifying them without any process by the governmental agencies" While in the military, I had to go through an intense process to get my TS clearance, monthly briefings on proper handling and told what would happen to me if I did not follow the process.

The admission raises questions, considering that Sullivan is the principal adviser to the president on national security matters.

Federal Judge and assigned Master Drearie has just asked Trump’s lawyers if they believe the FBI has lied about anything that has been found.
He has also asked Trump lawyers to provide proof Trump went through the procedures to declassify sensitive information.
So far they have stayed dead quiet.
