DeSantis is guaranteed the presidency if he is running against President House Plant, Vice Preside The Joker, or Governor Hair Gel. If that is what the Democrats have to offer, they have no chance. The facts are these: many of the Venezuelans who were put on the flight were not illegal immigrants but asylum seekers who had been going through the legal process of living in the US. That is non-disputable.
The fact that they had been taken under false pretenses to Florida and then to Massachusetts for bullshit reasons is also non-disputable, as there has been clear evidence, testimony and video record of the acts. The people involved are too stupid and arrogant to cover their tracks.
Now they face kidnapping and human trafficking, disruption of legal procedures for those asylum seekers who had scheduled court appearances, and other charges to be filed.
Ah, the smell of steaming hot bullshit is so fresh (out of the cow’s ass).

This incident just took DeSantis off the leadership role, as it is politically toxic as more evidence mounts.
