I live in a 4 bedroom house with beach access on Crescent Bay in Laguna Beach. It is 22 steps down to the sand. Neighbors are quiet. Seals bark sometimes. You can have a partial ocean view room, own full bathroom, walk in closet, balcony, separate entry way and garage parking.
