It's pretty funny and in-line with virtue signaling of today: race, gender. If an ad shows someone who is the butt of the joke, clueless, dumb, guess who it's going to be? Yep, whitey. For a couple/wife-husband, the dumb, infantile one is always the guy.
I do like seeing more mixed race couples on TV, in general, as it more closely reflects the trend in US.

Some of those businesses become successful... they hired more and more people some good some bad tried to remain in compliance with all the HR regulations made a profit .... then BAM they made it ...went public .... then some hedge fund asshole comes in .... tells em "you know all those people you hired!!! welllllll you got too many, you need to lay off 60 percent of em.... and the 40 percent left!!! they have to look like x... live like y.... love like z .... now you can hire twice as many people as you laid off BUT...in another country ..... and we don't give a fuck what they are like ......
