Negative rating(s) can bring someone's level down. You can become a negative level if your negative rating(s) outweighs your positive rating(s).
Ratings are weighted by the strength of the rater so it's not just a matter of how many negative ratings vs. how many positive ratings.

They're a -1 because they started out at a ZERO, and then fucked with too many people.

Click on their level #, find the person who rated them negatively, and PM them to find out.
