Policy of "no bail" is fucking stupid
Early prison release is problematic, depending on the situation
However, stats do not support the illegals cause a disproportionate amount of crimes
In fact, other than the obvious crime of illegal entry, stats show a lower crime rate than homegrown citizenry.
My personal experience from many trips to Mexico and knowing people on both sides, albeit anecdotal, is that it's mostly lazy, good-for-nothing American citizens that are the shit-head criminals...........less so illegals. Every now and then, there's a story about illegal crime in the paper but nothing compares to the daily crime in a place like Chicago, committed by citizens.
That being said, I'm personally for much tighter restrictions on illegal entry but much higher quota on LEGAL entry...........we are gonna need the fucking bodies, people! We don't want to be Italy, Japan, China, et al.......with a declining population.

You seem to think because I advocate for equal application of law that I'm somehow uncharitable and that simply is not the case.
