China is going to hit us back heavy on this AI and Semiconductor thing. If you underestimate the Chinese on innovation, the space race is a good example on how fucked we are.
There is a good chance China will ban some critical Rare Earth materials and metals. I don't know if our F-35 can continues to build if China bans some critical materials. Also most of the missiles we build won't fly without China's REM. Chips need rare earth material to function. China has over 70% of most of the critical REM on this planet and they make most of them.
Next, GM will get hit. That's a billion lost in profit per year. I would short Boeing as well. China won't be buying any time soon. I would short all auto-parts as well. I can see at least 6 major US cities go broke with this move. If GM and BA starts laying off, that's multiple closures in US plants across the nation. Washington, California, Oregon, Ohio, Michigan, Texas, Florida..etc will all get hit. That's 3 battle ground states for the next election.
I see them banning masks, cleaning products next. Next some biotech products and anti-biotics which China controls over 60% of US usage. Just tell yourself, don't get infected and don't get hurt. If another wave of Covid hits, we are truly fucked. Forget Covid, just influenza A, B will kills of tens of thousands of us if China says fuck you to us. It will take years to build these type of plants to mass produce in US and cost billions that we don't have.
China's main export to us that we depend on every day by the year in dollars:
Computers and parts and printers - over 200 billion dollars
Phones and accessories - Over 100 billion
Machines and coms - Over 100 billion
Semiconductors and parts - Over 100 billion
Auto parts -Over 20 billion
Clothing, shoes, accessories - Over 80 billion
Toys - Over 20 billion
And China found substitutes in Russia and Brazil for our agricultural products. So our farmers are fucked. Meaning our entire south and midwest is fucked.
Just these categories alone is over 600 billions usd PER YEAR. Pricing increase for ALL these products are expected to increase over 38% if they were to be made in USA. Meaning almost EVERYTHING we use in average daily life will increase by a minimal of 38% if we want all our products that we used to be made in USA instead of China. It doesn't even account for inflation.
If that happens, half of our population will go bankrupted almost immediately. And our inflation will be looking at 20% increase yearly. This is the best case scenario.
GM, McDonald, Starbucks, 3 companies alone in China profits about 10 billion usd in profit each year. That's only 3 companies. Not including KFC, Pizzahut, Nike, Microsoft, American Eagle, Cocacola, Pepsi, Redbull, 3M, Ford, NBA, Movies, Books, Games, Disney...everything.
All of the above mentioned companies and sectors ALL have net profit in China.
There are over 350 US Large Corporations (publicly traded companies) operating in China. Over 330 of them have direct sales in China.
Close to 60% of them have INCREASED their investments in China this year.
So What The Fuck do you fucking idiots that support no trade with China really want to do? Fucking kill us ALL? Haven't your portfolios shrink enough? You want them to be worth 1/10 of what you have now?

If we decouple from China,
1st fucking thing they will do is delist from our market. That's at the very least 200 companies delisting. That's at least 1 trillion dollars gone. They already delisted 5 of that state enterprises this year. They are 5 of the biggest companies in China.
Nest, they will clear house on bonds, that's another trillion dollars gone.
Third, they will ban all travels and students to USA. That's at least 200 billion gone. Just based on #s, that's 2.2 trillion gone, almost immediately within the year.
Our GDP in 2022 is about 21 trillion. 2.2 is about 10% of our GDP GONE. That's a net negative of 9% per year on the GDP if this shit happens. That's not just a recession, that's a Great Depression. We will be knocked back 100 years economically speaking.
Not just trillions gone, they will invest with the Europe, South Korea and Japan and rest of Asia that hates us for price gouging them on energy prices right now. Meaning ALL of our competitors will have a leg up against our companies. Decreasing our market share and competitiveness on EVERYTHING.
Within 10 years of this, we will look like a hybrid of UK and Brazil. A piece of shit 2nd rate western nation that no one gives a damn. Canada will be laughing at our face.
You think we can continue to station 800 oversea bases and maintain us as super power militarily without MONEY? You are fucking dreaming.

Australia's Morrison was dumped because of his hard stance of China causing its own nation's economic peril. This new admin isn't that dumb.
Also China has Russia. They don't lack ANY raw materials and food produce these days. And they just opened railway to Central Asia so further energy crisis all dissolved. China's food and energy is at ALL TIME HIGH. And US stupidly forced China under Trump to sign a 25 year LNG deal that was 1/4 the value of today's market price.

What's the point of an embargo if we have to grant Samsung and SK full access to China without penalty if the point was to surround China and bar China from gaining access to these chips? And half of the top talents from TSMC have been poached by China including the guy that created the 7nm chip. He's as SMIC for the past several years.
What the point of moving US talents back if most of these talents aren't US CITIZENS? They are freaking Chinese, Korean and Japanese. The short term is to maximize our corporate profits and lessen their tax while increase incentive on their own R&D ratio. Like China if a company spends 5% of their revenue in R&D, the gov't gives them tax breaks. We can do the same. At the same time, we increase H1-B visa to especially China and brain drain their top talents so they can move to America and become American Citizens. We win by getting talents and also win by draining theirs.
I rather have ten thousand smart Chinese engineers than ten thousand of anyone else. Or we allow EB1-C to get their top talents and managers over. And we mandate those smart Chinese foreign students to stay in our companies by giving them temporary green cards. Only the smart STEM ones.
Its about human talents that we lack. Look at the tech boom, nearly half the founders and key guys are all immigrants or foreigners. Immigration is key and we must regulate in a way that we gave priority.
You have to realize that the entire graduating student class for a 4 year Bachelor of Science degree in America combined is less than 1/10 of just the STEM class graduate of the same degree in China.
Not even 10%.
How do you win against them in the long run in STEM? Which decides our science in semi-conductor, A.I. biotech, Pharmaceuticals...etc. By sheer # and quality, we lose automatically.

And WE are the problem right. Them Chinese should just kowtow to us and live their lives shit scared with us pointing nukes and missiles at them from 3 out of the 4 directions encircling them.
While we are over 6000 miles away from them if we count from Los Angeles. Them Chinese are the threat right. We the USA must dominate and win at everything right? No one else can innovate and build anything that's remotely threatening to us and we must crush them even we are the ones invented the WTO. We basically violated every single rule and law we have built.
