The Hobbit sounds like an incredibly interesting experience! I’ll have to check it out! It’s already making me so hungry looking at their sample menu!

Chaak Kitchen right? I’ve had some friends mention that place and I’m a sucker for empandas! I’ll definitely take a visit Saturday!
|
|
CHAAK Kitchen is correct.
Great vibe.
Owner's have another place in Old Town Orange - Gabbis
I think you will really like CHAAK.
|
|
You have a clue to my vibe, so I think that will work out fantastically for me!
Also, Texas del Brazil? I swear, I’m gonna eat so well out there

Honda Ya is definitely a must visit! Best Japanese restaurant located in Tustin. Worth the long wait over the weekends. Only open for dinner.
|
|
Do they accept reservations? Or do you have to put up with the long wait?
|
|
They don't take reservations, but worth the time.
Also, if you want sushi go to Kitajima also in Old Town.
|
|
Ah, time is not of the essence so maybe when I take a quick vacation, I’ll visit it! It seems to be worth the hype so far

Alexis, you're from the valley right? Valley Girl!
Go eat some messican foo, I mean food at Javier's Irvine and den hop across the street (405 or the 5) can't member and go shopping at the Irvine Spectrum I believe it's called. It's pretty awesome if you're a broad of course. It's set up really nice. Open villa type mall.
You'll enjoy it very much.

Definitely try NOBU in Newport (unless you’ve been to NOBU in LA)
If you want something not high end but great environment, North Italia at the bar or outside.
Maestros is always a win!
Javier’s at the Spectrum is good too. So many more great places to go… got to love The OC 🍊

Thank you Seymour and SeductiveSiren!
NOBU is one of my favorite restaurants so it’s exciting there’s one out there! Maybe when I’m next visiting, I’ll hit it up. I’m curious about the Italian place you recommended. I’ll check out their menus and just fucking EAT

Since you seem to like the Hobbit, also in the area, just down Chapman from the Hobbit are two restaurants, each with nice views as they are up on the hill side
One, Orange County Mining company - as the name implies, themed in that style - very rustic.
http://www.orangecountyminingco.com/
The other, just over 1/2 mile away is Orange Hill Restaurant.

Enjoy.

@Remo So sweet! Thank you for recommending and providing the links. I don’t know why I’m so excited to just eat my life away, but I AM

Alexis, of course - hope you enjoy your stay.
