Two scenarios that I already discussed
1) the laptop was compromised. We know that forensics specialist who analyzed copy of the laptop data found many problems with it and that the data been manipulated by many hands.
So laptop basically worthless from a legal perspective.
2) FBI received the unaltered laptop with data intact. As according to a recent story where an independent forensic expert confirms this.
FBI finds nothing that confirms the copies of the laptop where manipulated by multiple right wing actors. The stories you saw in papers in the last 2 years were fed by these right wing actors.
Trump would have pressured his lapdog William Barr and his DOJ do anything with Hunter's laptop story. But they didn't and that is very telling.
Tech companies was very sensitive to the whole election integrity thing. I don't blame them for the extreme caution when it came to the Hunter Biden laptop story. They got alot of shit for 2016 and rightfully so. The story smelled and still smells pretty darn fishy.
The things that we do know is true. Hunter is dumbass who likes to party and do nose candy.

Sources? I honestly don't think you can supply any cause there are a lot that say it wasn't manipulated or hacked i.e. it's 'clean'.

Here's a little helpful info:
Recall that former Democratic intelligence officials James Clapper and John Brennan led the spooks in issuing a public statement suggesting that the laptop may have been hacked and its content was Russian disinformation. On Oct. 16, 2020, Mr. Clapper told CNN that “to me, this is just classic textbook Soviet Russian tradecraft at work.” On Oct. 19, 51 former spooks released their statement claiming that the arrival of the emails “has all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.”
We now know that the Clapper-Brennan claims were themselves disinformation and that the laptop was genuine and not part of a Russian operation. CBS News recently waddled in two years later with a forensic analysis of its own and concluded it is real.
Furthermore, James Baker was Twitter general counsel at the time and was the primary person that made the decision to withhold the Hunter info. Same Baker that was James Comey's sidekick at the FBI and the guy that questioned Sussman, the DNC Atty. that just happened to walk in the door to bring Russian collusion to the FBI's attention.......because of his ardent patriotism. 
To Bakers credit, he told everybody at the FBI that it sounded like bullshit, but they had another plan in mind.

The NY Post came out with the Hunter Biden story on Wednesday 10/14/2020.
Twitter blocked access to it out of genuine concern the information from where it came was hacked, although there was zero hard evidence that it was.
On the *same day*, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey said they made a mistake.
By Friday 10/16/2020, the block appeared to be lifted, as people were able to Tweet about the story.

I think there was chicanery but it was all through means that occurred many months before.... election rule changes, universal mailin ballots, ballot harvesting all played a part and all those changes went in favor of the Democrat party. Let's not forget that legal challenges to these laws before the elections were shot down as no one could prove harm and afterward were shot down for lack of standing in almost all cases. The judiciary in key states definitely assisted in the success of efforts to oust Trump without having to do so overtly.
That being said ... in cases like our state these changes are permanent and unless opposition to the powers that are in adjust their approach there will never be a serious challenge to liberal power again. It's just not possible.
States like AZ, PA, WI and MI have to west control of their election laws before these emergency measures taken during the pandemic take hold and become a permanent fixture in future elections.

Some of that concern should be to observe and proceed cautiously and if nothing happens... its all good.

What crime did twitter commit? I thought a private news enterprise can do whatever the fuck it pleases in terms of publishing a story. The only possible violation would be a civil violation for defamation but I believe that twitter has an exemption under Section 230 from a libel lawsuit. But, I guess if your fuhrer suspends the Constitution not publishing a story, whether it is true or not, will be a crime.

A few things:
- Elon is a clown. The government didn't ask Twitter to refrain from running stories about the laptop, it was Biden's campaign as a citizen. The 1st Amendment only applies to the government.
- The MSM (including Twitter) were justifiably hesitant to run with a story that originated from Fox News and the NY Post after the dozens of stories that they pushed that were proven to be baseless conspiracy theories.
- At the time, the Biden campaign was asking to keep Twitter from posting Hunter's dick pics; there were no substantive stories originating from the laptop, which, if you remember, was missing at one point.
So let's just let the Republicans spin their wheels again with the Hunter laptop.
