Thanks for the tip. I did some research as well after reading your post and am going to give it a try. I'm glad you are feeling better.

That’s good to know. Thank you. I’ve been struggling heavily this year with ptsd/anxiety and panic attacks that I ended up in the stroke unit. Unless you have experienced anxiety attacks nobody will fully understand how hard it can be and the toll it takes on one’s body. I’ll have to try that. Thanks again babe.
Happy holidays

Is it a passed-around home remedy or was it medical professionals recommending it?
|
|
Medical professionals ? Since when have they offered a CURE ! ?
There is No money in it offering a cure.
And would you want to take something that has a laundry list of side affects ?
I'll leave Covid out of this.

Anxiety and blood clots are related?

One should use caution b4 par-taking.
One could try St.Johns Wart, and or a B-50 Complex vitamin. Both are for Mood.

The thing Is I don’t think I ever really had “ anxiety” and many others might not either. If it happens out of nowhere and then subsided when it wants To I don’t think it’s anxiety. Nowadays though, everyone is calling this type of thing “ anxiety” what I would experience out of nowhere would be shortness of breathe/air Hunger. I’d try to yawn repeatedly in order to get a breath to go in past my throat but the air would be stuck and I wouldn’t yawn so then id feel like I was suffocating I couldn’t get the air in to my actual body. Then towards the end as things got worse I’d have to burp sometimes, when it would eventually happen after suffering and trying to stay alive I would burp and have Fluid come up. I don’t think it was gerd. Idk . All I know is it was a persistent problem and it was terrible and worsening . I went to a doctor. She suggested it was all in my head and prescribed an inhaler, allergy medicine and another mood type of pill. The inhaler made me worse. I somehow saw the cayenne pepper idea online and immediately went to my kitchen and mixed a teaspoon into water.
BOOM!
After years of this problem
It is GONE.
I feel like I’m in a completely new body. It’s amazing
