I think it is about time to change the voting process. How about everyone has a blockchain "Voter ID." You can vote from home, the library, or voting booths that are nothing more than a computer terminal. To address the problem of poor people not being able to afford a computer then give then a free iPad, it would be cheaper than all the other BS that we go through to tabulate votes only to have them disputed.
Just tired of all this BS surrounding voting. It's time for a shift in the paradigm!
It would be nice to find a way to get rid of political parties. Maybe voting where it does not display the party affiliation would be a way to make people really investigate who they are voting for instead of just blindly following the party ticket!

I love how he only included the Republican party with his slam.
Both parties have been engaged in runaway spending. And quite honestly, the current Dems are doing far worse than the Republicans did during Trumps 4 years.
|
|
Both parties are war parties and love to pour money into the coffers of war profiteers. Just check out the $858 billion military budget.
Actually the founding fathers were generally hostile to political parties fearing candidates would be more loyal to their parties than to the Republic. The existence of two political parties is even more dangerous as we can see from todays polarization.
Actually perhaps a majority of Americans consider themselves independent yet no party reflects this.
However there are some possible changes in the works with possible ranked choice voting which is not party based in a way. Alaska and other states have adopted it. It would diminish bitter partisanship.
Andrew Yang has promoted some of these ideas with his Forward Party
Also Brazil had a Presidential election recently and votes were counted in one day!

Ok so this is from a story related to the Omnibus bill...
"The majority party (Democrats) is currently working on the fiscal 2023 spending package WITHOUT Republican support, though an aide said lawmakers are including Republican priorities in the measure in hopes of eventually winning bipartisan support."
So the latest is the "majority party" (Democrats) have lobbied a few Republicans (probably the typical RHINO criminals ) to help it pass.
This guy "AnOmoly" is truely an anomoly of epic stupidity.
Write a spending bill that all Democrats rubber stamp and we just have to get a few Republican traitors to sign on then we get media and the rest of the useful idiots to blame it all on Republicans.

OP dug around in his Twitter feed to find a bleat from some idiot
And, we're supposed to give an MA1 about it?
Who the fuck cares?
MA1 = steaming heap of hammered worm-infested hobo shit

I watch his channel sometimes. He has a point.
On the other hand, primarily Republicans have blocked a lot of things. Like Build Back Better. Of course, some of it was renegotiated into the inappropriately named "Inflation Reduction Act". But think of how much worse it could have been.
They shouldn't be allowed to pass these omnibus acts. A bill should have one single item in it, or maybe 2-3 closely related things, not a wish list of all kinds of disparate things.
Democrats have much more unity than Republicans. They're united against a common enemy. They all vote the same, and can't handle even one person like Manchin or Sinema straying from the pack.
But we tolerate Republicans screwing us over because they're all getting kickbacks.
We need to demand more from the Republican party, and we need some real patriots.

I love it when someone who is well-known and has a large following is characteristized as something that someone had to "dig" for, like it was hard to find.

Are you saying that Anomaly is well known or is well-followed?.
That sounds ridiculous, he's an idiot

^ Have you ever gotten over 3,000 likes on a tweet? (When the screenshot was taken.)
No, he's not a huge celebrity. But if you're following conservative or right-leaning stuff on the Internet, he's not hard to run into. I think he just popped up in my recommended videos on You Tube. I don't always agree with him, but still, he's not hard to find.
He was supposed to be on the Tim Pool podcast one time.
He even flew out there and everything. But then he was late or something, and Tim got grumpy about it, and it didn't happen. But anyway, a lot of people know who he is.

Republicans are socialists? Too funny.
Many Dems/Libs I know are always taking about how the govt
should decide what's best for the it's citizens.
One good example ie; everyone should get the covid vaccine..

National elections should be moved to a Monday and made a National Holiday. Early voting can occur, but only on the Saturday and Sunday before election day. That's the weekend, plus a national holiday with no required work, should give everyone entitled a chance to vote.
Mail in ballots should be limited to those who do not have the physical ability to get to a polling place, verified by a doctor or other certified professional. Mail in ballot must not be blanket mailed, and if you need one, you must (1) qualify for it; and (2) apply for it at least 30 days prior to the election. If not, get to a polling place and vote in person.
Ballot harvesting must be outlawed. This new system is soiled with rampant fraud.
All polling places must issue a paper ballot, to be marked, punched, or otherwise indicated by the voter as to the voter's selections.
Valid ID must be shown by all voters prior to voting to ensure eligibility. Any eligible voter who does not have valid ID and is financially unable to obtain a valid ID (which BTW is required by law), the state of residence shall be required to provide the necessary funding to allow them to obtain an ID free of charge -- the cost of the ID, the cost of obtaining birth certificates, naturalization documents, etc. in order to confirm voter eligibility. All voters shall be notified by mail of this requirement with a 1 year grace period to obtain documents. No excuses about poor people, or race discrimination. Get an ID. A REAL ID. It's free if you can't afford it. Show it when you vote. No exceptions.
Electronic voting machines, voting by mail, over the phone, or on the internet should be permanently banned. Strict processes must be in place to control the chain of custody of completed ballots through the transportation process, counting, and storage thereafter for recounts or audits -- electronic tracking of the locked ballot boxes, bipartisan observers and neutral observers, with video observation and a process to stop the counting to object to violations of the process and the law.
Once counting starts, it does not stop until it is completed, and all votes must be counted within 24 hours of closing the polls.
Things need to tighten up. Too many mistakes, too much funny business, too much nonsense, and it makes people believe, right or wrong, that the process is corrupted and unfair. Run elections right, no more excuses. This is America!

^ 1000% Agreed
Also need to clean up the stale voter roles in a lot of states and big metropolitan counties.
Those stale voter rolls become the long list of "mail ballots" which become used in a nefarious manner when coupled with ballot harvesting and conflating a states number of registered voters.
In 2020.. both Pittsburgh and Detroit certified with total vote counts which significantly exceeded the number of registered voters.

Props to Yellowb2. I couldn't agree more. Anyone who is against any of your proposals is in favor of cheating.

when you think about it the US army/military is one large socialist organization.
and i believe there was a point where bernie sanders and DT had similar views on some issues.

Speaking of elections...
Kari Lakes case against Maricopa County Board of elections is going to trial as of today.
Katie Hobbs tried to have it thrown out but no deal.
Now Hobbs will have to take the stand and testify.

Judicial Watch has been actively suing States and Counties all over toclean up there voter rolls.
How affect it will be, dunno.
|
|
CA is stranding fast on having millions of non-residents on the voting rolls despite lawsuits ongoing to clean it up.
As I said in another blog, I've got a family member who hasn't lived here for 10 years and notified the state that she moved.
She got a CA ballot 2 months ago.
How fucking stupid is that?
Typical Progs, right now Georgia's system is light years better than CA.
Warnock won, then proceeded to blather on about "election suppression"
In light of the fact it was the largest turnout in GA history, one can only surmise that he's a Prog Twat

it still shocks me how some of the people here are so radicalized here. you would think that the extreme right wing would be a minority, but its really the opposite. either that or the right wing fanatics just have bigger mouths and whine endlessly. me...i think its both.
|
|
I say we form a special counsel to figure this out.
|
|
Most of the voting procedures the right whines about in swing states have been put in place by republican led legislatures so go figure. AZ, GA, PA etc etc
|
|
"it still shocks me how some of the people here are so radicalized here."
Says the proud Chicano/Atheist/Communist/Socialist?
Irony, they name is Mad4Cock
|

used the new realID as the only form of legitimate ID when voting- end of story.
|
|
And now they're about to spend another 1.7 trillion, with Mitch McTurtle pushing them to do it.

It's hilarious that all these Republicans are still desperately trying to obstruct the vote by making all these hoops for working class people to jump over, despite the fact that every single time they did one of these audits, none of them found any significant fraud. Mike Pillow found zero evidence. Cyber Ninjas found zero evidence. The Republicans House committees found zero evidence. Yet everyone still whines and blathers on about fictional problems just to redirect our attention from the fact that they're sore losers.
GA Republicans desperately tried to prevent democracy by limiting the days people could go out to vote, then limiting the polling stations in Democratic counties, leading to the exact long lines Kari Lakes was complaining about, but when it affects the other side the fake crocodile tears of these fake constitutionalists seem to disappear. Just because GA voters turned out in record numbers in spite of all of the fascist efforts, now all of a sudden it's not a problem any more.
...But somehow it's still a problem in Arizona. You know why? Because MAGAtard policies sabotaged their own elections and Kari Lake doesn't want to admit how much of an abject loser she is that her side advocated for what lead to her own downfall.
But sure, go ahead and file those lawsuits. I'm not against you guys being the laughingstock of the whole modern world.

Yo, Raki
Got the wrong blog......again?
Is ur brain as limp as your dick
We don't wanna know.

You gen-x and gen-z idiots are truly and deeply fucked
Boomers stole your money
And the next 2 generations worth to boot
Won't be long before every tax dollar goes to pay interest on the debt
With nothing left over to buy your gramps a can of spam

Mitch is a complete and total POS for going along with this nonsense and not instead organizing opposition.
This is a TOTAL and COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

I'm not a huge fan of McCarthy, but at least he voted against this monstrosity.
If I'm setting a LOW BAR for Republicans, it should be to prevent us from spending ourselves into oblivion.
Democrats are trash for introducing this right before Christmas. They knew that Congress would want to just get it over with and go home. While we're the ones who bear the cost.
Merry Christmas, eh?
Mitch McBitch said that Ukraine is Republican's #1 priority. Really??? Surely he doesn't mean Republican voters. Where was all this spending when Russia took over Crimea while Obama was in office? Crimea not as important as Ukraine? Not as many political interests there?
Here's Kevin McCarthy, going off about it. Good on him:

Stupid 911 fucks should've aimed all those jets at Capitol Hill
While Congress was in session
