For Breakfast go to Noah's NY Bagels: despite the many options, you can customize your bagel and their coffee is better & cheaper than Starbucks.
For Lunch or Dinner go to California Fish Grill: great fish plate options and healthy.
Any specific cuisine you prefer?

I prefer Japanese, Italian, and Seafood! And a great steakhouse lol
But Im looking for something thats a little unique to the area that will make it feel more like a mini-vacation. Maybe something similar to Etta in Culver City or STK restaurant?

For seafood I would recommend heading further south and go to Redondo Beach Pier...lots of options for seafood.
I have not tried any Japanese or Italian restaurants in ES.

Try Kagura on main street. Great Japanese food. I'm a vagitarian....oops I mean vegetarian (hee hee hee) but my carnivore friends tell me the beef they serve is superb.
Then come see me for dessert

Ugh, I can’t wait to be in El Segundo now! Those restaurants sounds amazing from what I looked up! I haven’t been down in Manhattan Beach in years, but I’m a little excited to visit if I have to for food.
Dakina… I see what you did there! And I could possible be convinced 😘
