@Mad4boobs, the Jan 6th committee just gathered info that was designed to try and show
that Trump had committed criminal acts. It was not a court of law and they are not
a law enforcement agency. They did not follow
the rules for evidence, and there were no cross examinations of the witnesses.
Their evidence would not hold up in a court of law so the DOJ would be foolish
to believe they have a criminal case. It's up to the FBI and the DOJ to investigate
Trump for violations of the law, not congress.
The double standard is with the Dems/Libs. Comey said Hillary had committed
crimes but she didn't intend to commit a crime, so no prosecutor would convict her.
And he let her go.
The FBI had Hunter's laptop for 2 years with plenty of incriminating evidence
that both he and Joe had committed crimes but did nothing.
Now there is evidence that the FBI used Twitter to suppress any information about
the contents of Hunter's laptop.
It will be interesting to see what the Repubs do about investigating Joe and Hunter.
I believe Joe has committed crimes but I will get off easy.
Hunter must be one of the most privileged White boys on the planet
but you'll never see the Dems/Libs pointing this out. Any YOU want to

This whole thing with Nancy Pelosi's Jan 6th Committee is flat out unconstitutional.
Article One says that the power of Congress is limited to performing a legislative function. The Jan 6th Committee is not a legislative function and they sure are not following legal courtroom standards of any kind.
Second is the bill of attainder prohibition says that Congress doesn’t have the power to specify and name people for prosecution.
The Justice Department will toss this into the waste basket after writing a polite letter to the committee. But then again we are dealing with Merrick Garland who was all in on raiding Mar a Lago for as of yet undisclosed reasons except for leaks to the media.

intention to commit crimes and stated no prosecutor would try her and so he
gave her a pass.
Her non-profit was a play for play organization and no investigation was done.
There seems to be plenty evidence that Joe and Hunter have committed crimes
but even when the Repubs take control of the house next yr., I think they will
get off easy. Too many politicians have their hands in the cookie jar.
It will be interesting to see the response from those on HX when thousands of illegals
start pouring over the southern border, if Title 42 ends and unless the military comes
out, there will be no way to stop them. They will rob, steal and take whatever they

Trump just never wanted to leave office. He knew he lost, but he wanted to be a dictator, much like his idols who wrote him love letters from North Korea, Russia and China. He wanted the Capitol to get stormed because Mike Pence didn't cave to pressure. What's a few lives to a dictator?

Please. The Left has been calling Trump a dictator from the first day he was in office. When pressed to explain exactly what Trump had done that was dictatorial, the best they could come up with was "he surrounds himself by yes-men". As if no other president has done that before. Or else they back-track and say, "Well, he WANTS to be a dictator". Lame.
I think the Biden administration has been much more authoritative than Trump, if not outright dictatorial. They tried to establish a Ministry of Truth. They want to take away the 2nd Amendment. They are still trying to mandate vaccines. They are trying to weaponize the CDC by declaring gun ownership to be a health risk. They are trying to shut down the fossil fuel industry. They have used a private company, Twitter, against both foreign and political enemies. They have clearly used the DOJ against their political enemies. They refuse to enforce laws related to immigration and the border, laws which were enacted by the people's representatives in Congress.
And how about Biden's rhetoric? "I'm losing patience" with the American people. Openly attacking conservatives. Calling only on pre-selected members of the press. Having the Marines stand behind him during a State of the Union Address.
