Chaos for sure! Evidently they allow people to handle elections that have never been trained in any type of Quality Control. However, it will probably boil down to whether or not this can be considered a 'harmless' error vs. intentional act. The one thing that really made me raise an eyebrow was the fact that Dems had asked their registered voters to mail in their ballots instead of going to the voting booths. Could the 19" vs 20" debacle actually been a well thought out plan that was orchestrated well before the election? I know that a lot of MAGA people think the DOJ and FBI are corrupt but I think they need to get involved and make a very thorough investigation of this matter. Every person who has ever touched a voting or tabulation machine in Arizona needs to be interviewed!
Too early to make an informed decision on this matter but it certainly is NOT an open and closed case!

The first issue is Maricopa itself.

Kari Lake is a wackadoodle extremist with zero credibility. She should just crawl back under the rock from where she came.
^ I can't disagree with that but this court case seems to have some traction. Fair is fair - and wrong is wrong, no matter what the political affiliation is.
^ of course you would like that. But reasonable Americans would like to get to the bottom of what happened there. I don't want anybody from either side to be able to interfere with election results, don't you?

my comment was for the hiker dude....

Isnt he the same guy that Lindel had as his expert?

If you care about the outcome of an election IF there's any provable discrepancy it should automatically cause a re-vote.
Every ballot from that area should automatically be thrown out and a re vote take place.
But you have to care about a fair and just election.

Yes, regardless of your political affiliation, having a voting system that is poorly administered in a democracy is the highest form of violation. The integrity of our voting system is what really sets us apart from any of those third-world shitholes that claim to be a democracy. GET IT RIGHT - WHATEVER IT TAKES! WHATEVER THE OUTCOME!
But even if there are 'fair votes', the thumb is on the scale by main stream media and social media who decide what is news and what is not and what gets censored or fact checked....ala Hunter Biden laptop.
^ If people are THAT STUPID to be influenced by the media & 'social media' sites that they can't research for themselves what a candidates stances are on issues they care about then we're already lost.
They can spout off what ever they like nothing you can do about it other then make sure you have an educated population.

There's so many red flags with Katie Hobbs being Secretary of State and running for Governor.
Refusing to debate her opponent and spending very little money on her campaign and hiding in the basement.
A shit ton of issues on election day but everything running smooth until then.
Then Hobbs threatens county officials who protest the BS in Maricopa and go against certification.

Just announced that the Arizona AG candidates ( Abe Hamadeh ) election case will also move forward as of today.
Word from yesterday's proceedings is that a large percentage of randomly sampled ballots are illegal. Numbers thrown around are over 40%.
Also the testimony from Heather Honey, that nearly 300,000 ballots did not follow chain of custody.
A lot of crazy stuff has come out in this trial.
I saw Kari Lake speak at America Fest on Sunday.
She's amazing.
I also found a group of people who are working on the issue of election integrity here in Arizona. They told me that the legislature is putting measures in place starting in January. How effective this will be at preventing this from happening again, I don't know. We'll see. But I'm going to get involved.
I moved here when I fled California, to escape the lockdowns and rampant crime. I'm not going to let them turn this beautiful state into a dystopian hellscape shithole like Commiefornia. I'm fighting for Arizona.

The Republican party is inept, moronic and just bunch of fuck-ups. Look no further than the guy desperate to be House Speaker, so desperate that he would have sold his young daughters to Jeffrey Epstein.
What we have here folks is ROI- Rage of the Ignorants. Starfish definitely wins the award this year.
Kari Lake is going to lose because she lost a fair election.
"so desperate that he would have sold his young daughters to Jeffrey Epstein."
WTF are you smoking Squat?
Everybody knows that it was the Democrats going to Epsteins Island getaway and if it was Republicans the WaPo would have told us long ago.
Dude said Squat. That's funny.

Hey Quat, there is nothing wrong with losing a fair election. But YOU can't say it was a fair election. There should not be a problem verifying, right? Or are you afraid of what they might find out. Let them verify and fall flat on their face, in your opinion. You should be very confident about that.

This video clearly explains why we need to get rid of mail-in voting, early voting, and drop box voting. ("Early voting" is just using the drop box.)
We need to go back to the way it used to be. Show up on election day, or apply for an absentee ballot in advance.
Why is it a good thing that people can vote while putting zero thought into it? Is that who should be voting? And should so many ballots be by mail?
We're becoming a banana Republic. Absolute insanity.

florida done counting by 9pm...they have a FEW more votes to count than AZ...how many days for AZ to count? pretty embarrassing
if trying to show things are on the up and up, don't pull shit like this.
Whatever you think of a candidate... The 19" versus 20" coupled with a broken chain of custody is too much to ignore... IMO
And if Kari Lake is a whackadoodle what does that say about Hobbs... A huge part of her role for the last 4 years was basically make sure elections were safe and fair... the 2 issues I pointed out fall directly under that purview and even if she takes office she has already been shown to be incompetent and incapable as a leader.
Hobbs refused to cooperate with the 2020 AZ forensic audit which uncovered enough illegal ballots which exceeded Biden's "victory" margin.
That too was a case of counting going on for 2 weeks beyond election day and poll workers indicated after the fact that they couldnt understand where the ballots are coming from.
The chain of custody issue in itself should be enough to cause a re-vote. That is inexcusable!
And I hope that non-U.S. citizens are prohibited from being IN the chain of custody!
Lake lost....sore loser.
Bottom line is Republicans must get better at ballot harvesting, early mail in ballots and same day voting and frankly hire some Dems to give them a good lesson on cheating to make things a bit more fair
As the political saying goes, always important to get the perspective of bottom barrel sex workers. Their expertise is always welcomed during constitutional attacks.
Let them live with cartels running the border at little longer! Democrats seem to be cool with child trafficking, drugs folding the United States. The San Francisco infection is spreading!
sore loser...funny shit
THAT is 100 percent of libs on the site...they don't give a shit if the voting is irregular.
letting the court play out would seem to be the best course of action.
You think Dems are sore losers when Pubs try to overturn the 2020 election with fake electors? Trump and his loser MAGA followers turned to violence to overturn the election but it is the libs who are the sore losers!
For the 2022 midterms, the GOP isn’t accusing the Dems of stealing any elections. Keri Lake is unhinged and a sore loser. I believe 8 out of 10 of her claims were dismissed by the court. her case should proceed in court, but she’s one of the biggest MAGA clowns out there. It isn’t a surprise that she lost.
Lastly, Arizona needs to do better with their voting process. It doesn’t make sense that it takes so long when other states can tally the votes faster. But that doesn’t mean that the election was corrupted in any way.
^ There's alot of blue states taking way to long to count ballots. Lots of these unique "close races" where the Democrat contestant catches up and wins by 0.2% of the vote.
The shit that happened in Arizona is appalling and non of the GOP candidates conceded and have filed multiple suites.
GTFO with the "Kari Lake is a sore loser" bullshit
The shit you Commies come up with to say "everything is fine, nothing to see hear" is a joke.
pretty sure if YOU were in lake's shoes, you'd be pretty pissed at this election shit going on in AZ
the DEMS spent 6-plus years trying to overturn the 2016 election...JUST STOP IT
chubby black chick in GA did the same thing...not only that...she cost ATL the all-star game and 150m bucks of much-needed revenue, that ended up going to CO and their election protocols
it's insane for AZ and few other states to take that long when it's proven it can be done by 9pm with 4-5 times as many votes
that alone invites thoughts of voting irregularities...so clean the shit up
“Thoughts of voting irregularities” doesn’t mean that there are actual voting irregularities. There must be proof. Otherwise, it’s just a bunch of sore losers who want to overturn the will of the people.
And ATL lost the All-Star game because it enacted restrictive voting laws meant to throw elections for Republicans. For example, the laws restricted the ability to give voters food or water while they are in line to vote. The weather in Atlanta can be incredibly hot and the long lines are typically in areas that vote Democrat. Just a small percentage of voters that are dissuaded from voting will throw an election to the Republicans and they know that since most elections are close.
^ dude the just had a real court trial... the evidence was delivered in testimony.
Are you not paying attention?
the voting laws where they moved the game to were supposedly more restrictive
btw, how'd the vote turn out in GA? less votes? more votes?
here's a breakdown of the two states...any DEAL breakers for you in GA?
enough to move the game with her virtue signaling?? which she later tried to get back

@rabbit
Has the case been decided? No, it hasn’t.
While the crazies who support Keri Lake are jumping up and down call, others believe her case lacks merit.
Obviously, everyone should want fair elections, but Keri Lake refused to say that she’d accept the result of an election that she lost. She’s using Trump’s playbook. And like Trump, she simply lost. Read the linked article from PBS explaining what happened and how KL is seizing on a printer malfunction as proof…which is actually proof of nothing.
@ISOS
Colorado’s system is significantly more fair than Georgia’s, and Georgia specifically pasted their new law to make it more difficult to vote.
how'd the voting turn out?
Kemp said Georgia has more in-person early voting days (17) than Colorado (15) with the addition of mandatory weekend voting.
there ya go...BOOM
@ISOS
Read the comparison I linked between Colorado and Georgia. Colorado makes it much, much easier to vote.
Do you remember when Trump said Republicans would never be elected again if it was easier to vote? That’s because there are fewer Republicans and the country is becoming more liberal. Rather than adjust their positions to meet what the public wants (gun reform, right to choose, etc), the GOP simply seeks to suppress the ability to vote, cheat, and hold onto power by force.
The GOP is a dying party if they don’t change.
i read it
how'd it turn out the last two years in voter totals
Case lacks merit?..
How many irregularities need to be presented along with the fact that Hobbs should have recused herself from running the election when she announced her campaign for Governor.
Has the case been decided?.. no, but I bet this ends up in appeal at the Supreme Court
Dude you should out helping OJ look for the killer.
@ISOS
I don’t know the statistics but I believe they turned out in record numbers. So you ask: doesn’t that prove that it was bullshit?
No.
It took a great deal of extra effort to mobilize people and help them vote despite the restrictions. And when people know that there is an attempt at suppressing their vote, their anger may counteract the actions taken against them.
Similarly, the Kansas state legislature purposefully worded their abortion measure in the negative so that people who voted for it were actually voting for abolishing the right to an abortion. They wanted to confuse voters, but because of a very active grassroots campaign educating the public on what the Republican legislature was trying to do, they were able to defeat the measure. It doesn’t mean that the measure wasn’t confusing because it was ultimately defeated.
takes great effort every year to get people to vote
what are some of the differences you have a problem with...maybe the ones that made it so there were fewer people actually voting or too hard to vote

This is what happened as far as voting metrics in Georgia midterm voting...
-All-time turnout records for a mid-term election, with more votes cast than any other midterm.
-Record breaking midterm Early voting turnout.
-Record breaking absentee by mail votes cast in a midterm.
-More Election Day votes cast in the 2022 runoff than on Election Day in the 2022 General Election, than on Election Day in the January 2021 runoff, or on the General Election Day in 2020.
-Three days of single-day all-time voting records during Early Voting.
By any measure, the 2022 midterm election was a success for all Georgia voters. Where has anyone whined about voter suppression?

The Georgia Supreme court has sent an election case from 2020 back to the appeals court.
ATLANTA — A case seeking a review of absentee ballots from Fulton County's 2020 election is being sent back to the court of appeals thanks to a new order from the state Supreme Court.
The case surrounds a lawsuit filed in December 2020, which asked that 147,000 absentee ballots be unsealed and reviewed to see if any were illegitimate.
That's 147,000 ballots in state sleepy Joe "won" by a whopping margin of 12,000 votes.
Bottom line: Republicans have a history of suppressing voting. Simply because Democrats overcame the suppression doesn’t mean it didn’t occur.
