Like a for real bootcamp style workout. Eat clean and drink water like crazy. My confidence in how I look and feel now is what helps me in all areas of my life. I haven't been to the gym since it closed at the beginning of the pandemic. I found some mask designed for working out. I'm going to go back mid February after the New Year rush.
